This is one of the most pleasant places we have ever stayed, over decades of travel. The wonderful people who own this facility have thought of everything a potential guest might need. Rooms are well-decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hosts are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. The Inn is located in a quiet, picturesque little valley, a...

We loved our stay at the Inn at Glendyer. Our room was charming and spotless and spacious. The breakfasts were plentiful and perfect. We enjoyed the conversation with other guests and Esther and Alan. The setting for the inn was rustic and woodsy and peaceful. We hope to be there again.

The location of the Inn at Glendyer is a bit out of the way, but pretty convenient for reaching the Cabot Trail and visiting GORGEOUS Ingonish Beach. Keep in mind that you would need to drive for one mile on the dirt road to get there. Use Waze app : it helped us to find this place without a glitch....

We loved our stay at this delightful inn. Esther and Alan are a terrific couple and their home and its location are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to service was outstanding, even to the shortbread and muffin treats that they provided to us for the continuation of our trip on departure. Such interesting conversation was had...

We picked the Inn at Glendyer to allow us to eat and listen to the Celtic music at the Red Shoe Inn in Mabou. The Inn is an old building with lots of history connected to the wool and dying industry in that area. Our hosts were Allan and Ester and they were very welcoming and helpful. The room was...

My grandmother, mother, and I stayed at the Inn at Glendyer our first night in Nova Scotia. How I wish we could have stayed longer! Esther and Alan are the epitome of hospitality: from greeting us amicably to helping us with our bags to giving us tips and maps for the area, I can't say enough nice things about them....

4 of us stayed at the Inn at Glendyer on our last night in Nova Scotia and enjoyed it very much. The hosts Alan and Esther are lovely and very helpful with suggestions for local happenings. The rooms are clean and comfy, the food is great, and the Inn is a short drive from Mabou and other nearby attractions.

We spent two wonderful nights here on our trip to Nova Scotia. Esther and Alan are terrific hosts. Esther has all the local events and places to visit on display and is very knowledgeable about the local performers and sights to see. The breakfast she prepared both mornings was scrumptious. We opted to skip lunch because we ate it all!...

This is a fabulous B&B with the most lovely hosts, Esther and Alan. The Inn is extremely well kept and the rooms are spacious and clean. We were travelling with our 11 and 13 year old son and daughter and Esther and Alan could not have been more welcoming. A quiet, peaceful stay!!!

Thank Cynthia C
