Many thanks to Cathy for taking care of us during our stay. The B&B is so cozy with a wonderful view of the bay. We were there when it was quite rainy. So coming back in the afternoon to a warm fire going in her cozy living room was so welcoming. Our room had everything we needed and breakfasts were delicious. Kathy is a baker so there was always something sweet to start the day. We even took some baking along when we left for road snacks. Thanks you for a great stay Cathy.

We visited this amazing BandB in August 2019 and I completely forgot to review it but I have to because it is an absolute gem! Myself and my husband and our 2 preteen daughters stayed for 2 nights while we visited Mahone Bay on a Staycation from Halifax. We all loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful accommodations and a world class breakfast! If you are lucky enough to find this one available book it right away! The grounds are great too to sit and read and enjoy a glass of wine outside on one of their outdoor seating areas.

Very nice home and hostess. We were treated to delicious breakfast and warm hospitality. Lots of sightseeing tips and directions. We would definitely recommend this B&B. Mahone Bay is a very walkable community with restaurants and shops to satisfy.

The host, Cathy, makes this 2 night visit just delightful. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the “where to go” and “where to eat” places it helped us make good choices. The inn is just across the street from the bay and there are benches to sit there. Those chairs in front of the house are great for evening wine time.

A fabulous experience and a must stay. We stayed 5 days but should have booked longer since the location was terrific with easy walking access to quaint shops, restaurants, and nature trails and an easy drive to Lunenburg, Halifax, and Bridgewater. Cathy, the host is so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home is beautiful with a rich and interesting history. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the gardens are lovely. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back!

Fisherman's Daughter B&B is located between 2 of the 3 churches in Mahone Bay. It is close to many restaurants & small shops, with lots to see and do, or just relaxing in the chairs on the property, taking in the beauty. We were welcomed at the B&B as soon as we arrived by Bruce, our very friendly & informative host. The home is beautiful, rooms are equipped with your own 3 piece washroom, fridge, tv, chairs, air conditioner. It was the perfect spot for our besties spa trip ! Thanks Bruce & Lisa for all the recommendations and a relaxing stay! We will be back !
