I have stayed in the Nova Inn multiple times. The management and staff have done a complete turn around and are some of the most friendly, helpful, genuine people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Along with the addition of new faces and an overall positive vibe, the team at the Nova seems to be working hard to... More

Rude front desk staff... we came to the hotel because of the good experience we had for the same hotel company somewhere else. The night front desk lady was HORRIBLE. BAD customer service skills. She could be more friendly. My co-worker and I arrived after a long trip on the North Pole and were very tired. We was treated poorly,... More

Special trip ruined by very poor service. This hotel is under staffed and has inexperienced staff assigned at key arrival times. Only staying one night as a special treat. Check in delayed by over half an hour. Front desk runs by a young boy, and clearly inexperienced after 20 mins in the lobby was asked to share rooms saying one... More

I was in Inuvik for a month on business and I would recumbent Artctic Chalet over this hotel especially if you like a cottage feel or want something to do. There is nothing to do here. If you want some luxury for the same price the Inuvik Capital suites is my second choice.

I recently stayed here for work. I was lucky to have a junior suite. Both rooms are heated by gas fireplaces which is a very nice touch. The room also had a stovetop, small fridge, dishes etc. Shower was lovely, temp constant. Bed very comfortable with decent pillows. There is breakfast in the lobby. Very limited and could use improvement.

Stayed here for a couple nights and have nothing bad to say. It was clean, comfortable and had a very pleasant and helpful staff. Inuvik is not overly large and you are able to walk to the main business area within 10 minutes.

The staff was great, more choices for breakfast. Also located far from noises. John the was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel everyone travelling to Inuvik for one night or more. Everything is at walking distance. Rooms are clean and also flexible on check outs

We stayed here for 4 days in the summer. The rooms were clean; the staff friendly. It had reasonably fast free wifi. We got breakfast of sorts with the room: toast or bagel cereal, OJ and coffee. The cereal is basically out there all the time so eat when you want. You have to walk to town center (or the... More
