I like this little hotel, but it was better before it was bought out by the Rob Thompson chain. I like the details like the exposed brick and the TV has Netflix. The rainforest shower is very nice. But it is overpriced for being in a small town and not particularly near anything. An average of $279 (so over $300 with tax) on the weekends is quite steep, when others are around $199 or less. Over all the atmosphere is nice and it's a good place for couples. It's not super accessible as it is an old building so narrow stairs and no elevator. Was disappointed on the last stay to find that what used to be two nice jacuzzi suites are now just bath tub suites. We stayed in the Soaker Queen suite, and it just wasn't the same experience. Not sure why the change, but it was part of the draw to this little place. Really hoping it may go back to its former glory one day!…
Very nice historical spot in beautiful Kemptville. Took my family and in laws there for a Christmas trip this 2022. We had the loft suite #1. The building was clean, fresh, renovated, bright and sunny. Inside had coffee, snacks, full kitchen, everything we needed. Beds were fluffy and comfortable and the neighbors were nice and quiet. We saw the staff regularly and they took good care of the place. I was sad to leave as it was such a nice home! Except one thing, the locks didn't work on the first day, but calling their phone line, I was able to quickly get service so we weren't stuck out in the cold! Great job Rob Thompson and would definitely stay again. :)
We booked Kemptville Suites for three nites while visiting family who had recently moved to Kemptville. From the moment we let ourselves into the building via code and then into our room we were greeted by a beautiful aroma . The decor of our Queen Suite which had a very comfortable KING bed and lovely fire place was so unique and comfortable.Every need was taken care of… there was a a regular coffee pot and a coffee press, a variety of teas ..cream and milk and bottle of water in the fridge and a lovely basket of yummy treats on the table. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, dishes and utensils…nothing was left out. The bathroom was beautiful and large ..I loved the walk in shower. My only complaint is that I wish we could have spent more time enjoying our suite as we were only there to sleep spending most of our time with family… We had one small issue with the TV remote and We called and someone arrived within 5 minutes and problem was resolved……there is no live TV ..just Netflix…
Clean beautiful rooms perfect for romance. Work or family very spacious. Bathrooms . Snack and coffee included. Very nice touch. Hate being nicked and died for those items in other hotels. The stone work is breath taking. The staff were very helpful un accommodating me last minute as I booked a car at enterprise Kempville. Ps doesn't exist so I became stranded until kempville suites and Dixons car rentals went above and beyond to help. Short version I will always stay at Kempville suits. While working here. Love it love it love. 10 stars from New Brunswick. The rooms have stone walls and fireplaces which add such a comfortable cozy environment. Thanks you for turning what potentially could have been a disaster into a wonderful week.
This is an absolutely stunning hotel and a fantastic location. Rooms are impeccably, clean and quite unique. The coffee maker was amazing. Highly recommend this location for anybody travelling to the kemptville area.
This place was like your home away from home. It has everything you need. Clean, pristine and the perfect place to stay. Very nicely decorated and so much to offer. We loved it so much and will definitely be going back. Easy check-in. We had a great stay. Will try the one in Brockville next. Thank you for making this getaway "perfect" for us.
Do not go to this place . Avoid disappointments Worse experience ever . Manager Niko is the rudest person ever . She even told me I am not her client because I book with Expedia and not with her . She recommended me not to use Expedia because are bad companies Who said that ? DO NOT GO THERE. Hotel was not used and I did not get the money Back . I placed the claim To the hotel And the same Person whom respond to the complain about the Manager was the same manager . Off course she was not going to process a complain about herself Terrible experience. Very very very expensive and not worth it ! You will be better going somewhere else . Very disappointed
This is a great find - good location, clean comfortable room, free parking. There are no staff on-site, however you can easily connect with them to have your questions answered. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.
The room I stayed in at Kemptville Suites was very beautiful, with a stone wall and tub in the main room! Snacks were complimentary! Convenient location for my workshop in Kemptville! The keyless, contactless entry was very convenient.
Just spent a night at Kemptville Suites to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Beautiful loft apartment, fully stocked, lots of space, very modern, large bathroom with great shower! great day at spa located in same building, and great food at Salamander’s across the street. Would come here again:) thanks!
