This motel is a throwback to the 80's and even says "colour television" on the sign, but for the past 5 years we stay here for a bike rally nearby, and it doesn't disapoint. Most rooms are tired but always clean and the beds are good. Gravel driveway. The owners are very friendly and keep the prices low. Don't look for fancy add ons here, just a place to sleep at a good price. We'll be back again next year.

Have stayed here twice. It is a basic motel at a reasonable price. The rooms are generally clean and don't directly face the highway. The owners are pleasant. There was traffic in some rooms very late into the night, but that can happen anywhere. I would return again. Just to the east is phenomenal take out off-brand pizza place, though not cheap.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on July 4, 5 and 6 and it was a fantastic experience !! The room was spacious and clean. The parking area was right in front of our unit and there was even a shaded grass area with tables to enjoy the great weather. The gentleman who run the motel knows the area extremely well and is a great source of informations about Kingsville, having grown up right here ! Everything in the room worked properly and despite the covid 19 restrictions Bob had organized everything to make our stay safe and enjoyable. I have traveled all over Canada and the USA by motorcycle and by car over the last 30 years and staying at this motel was like a home away from home ! All around one of the best place I ever stay at !! Rod

My partner and I stayed here on Victoria Day weekend. Our room was spotless and the owners who are a family, are super super nice. It was a bit cold the night we stayed and they lent us a portable heater until they got the furnace working again- I don't think you expect that from a big hotel chain. The motel is also very close to the Kingsville and Leamington ferry terminals if you are heading to Pelee Island or Sandusky, Ohio. I will definitely recommend this motel and will stay here again if I'm in the Kingsville area.

Very clean hotel, old but always being renovated when necessary. Kitchenette is perfect for my wife and I so we can cook our own meals most nights.Large fridge.Heater as well as air conditioner. Usually in May we just sleep with windows open for fresh air.

Dated but very clean. Lovely owners. Central location for doing the Wine tours and short 4 minute drive to down town. Good old fashion Motel no stairs all on one level. Seemed to be busy with rooms booked.

3.5* When I stay at a property like this my main concern is cleanliness and this certainly was. The decor was dated but the sheets, tub, toilet and sink were all spotless. Close to Kingsville and we found it quiet on a July Saturday night.

Enjoyed our stay in Kingsville, wanted a convenient local motel & choose Adams. People were friendly, check in was good & no issue with our reservations. Room was a little small, thought we made reservation with a Kitchenette but got their basic small single room. Room was comfortable with small fridge, but had the air conditioner working well. Bathroom was old style separate, private area that had old style yellow & green tiles on the tub enclosure, but clean & had been well maintained. Had tremendous weather & got see many local sites & enjoy touring the stores & area. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants & selections in the area.
