We stayed for a very short night but the king bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet and clean. No issues with entry to the house or room, everything ran smoothly. Only caution is that the add on Trip Advisor says breakfast is included, but it is NOT included. Only tea and coffee.

Th Woodbridge House in without question one of the best BnB I have ever stayed in. My family rented two rooms. Neil is a great host, he makes you feel welcome and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay.

The location is perfect to see the sights or wineries. I would highly recommend the Woodbridge and would stay there again.

Much thanks from the Cuthberts!

Due to bad weather and no ferries running we were lucky to have found such a hospitable host and a beautiful house. Built in the late 1800's it held all of it's old charm and lovely decor. Kathy was a great host and made us feel very welcome in her home. Each room had it's own bathroom and beds and bedding very comfortable. There is a walking trail from the house down to the lake and a cycling trail. Lots of wineries in the immediate area.
As this was an emergency stay I will definately return for a longer stay.

My sister and I stayed at the Woodbridge House B&B in Kingsville recently which is close to the Kingsville Golf and Country Club where we attended our 45 year Grade 13 Leamington District Secondary School Reunion. The accommodations are absolutely charming and the breakfasts prepared and served by Deb were wonderfully creative, plentiful and delicious. In fact Deb made every effort to accommodate all of our needs. Perhaps the main drawback of the location is that it is immediately off of a major highway so there is a constant drone of noise from cars and trucks speeding by. In some instances the trucks cause the house to shake and rattle. I would recommend placing a white noise machine in each of the rooms to drown out the vehicle noise from the highway to accommodate a good night's sleep. Additionally, a fan in each room would assist with air circulation at night when it is necessary to close the window to inhibit vehicular noise from the highway. For those attending events at the Point Pelee Winery it is within walking distance. The rooms do not have televisions, but there is a television in the main floor sitting area.

Thanks Cathy for a wonderfully relaxing time. You sure know how to make people feel at home and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and The Woodbridge House is close to several very fine wineries which suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the summer.

See you next time!

At home atmosphere with lovely décor and inspired breakfasts. Cathy and friends also provided interesting conversation to get us acquainted with the area and provided many suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try. All of this provided over a different glass of local wine for an aperitif each evening. Excellent service throughout our stay - do plan a stay to find out for yourselves.

We were welcomed by Cathy, the owner of this amazing B&B. We had not stayed at a B&B before this, and will certainly try another after the experience here. We will certainly stay here again should the opportunity arise.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. We upgraded to the larger room on the main floor and were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and were shown our room and private sitting room. The breakfasts were wonderfully prepared by Kathy, the owner, and rivalled anything we have had in larger hotels.

Kathy was also a wealth of information about the area. Very knowledgeable about birding, restaurants, wineries...etc.
