We booked a queen accessible suite, at the same price as a 2 queen room. The accessible suite was super clean and extremely spacious. The kitchenette with full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, table and small selection of dishware and cutlery was very helpful during our stay. The living room area was comfortable, including a large-screen TV (tip: bring your own device to stream shows to the TV, although live TV channels are also available) and a large table on wheels for meetings or deskwork. The bedroom was in its own room, with its own TV. We noted that the blackout blinds were the most effective we've experienced in any hotel, giving us a very good sleep. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows could have been firmer. The bathroom was large and well-lit; the only slight downsides were the lack of hair dryer, and the slightly weak water pressure. The breakfast buffet was par for the course, with a reasonable selection of foods, and quite decent coffee. The front-desk staff were pleasant to deal with, and helpful in providing trays for us to take breakfast up to our room. A special note: the air quality in the hotel was very good, with CO2 levels in our hotel room remaining well under 700 ppm throughout our stay. I'm not sure if the week we stayed was particularly underbooked, but we never had an issue waiting for an elevator or waiting to access the breakfast buffet.

Hotel was in a good location for our girls trip. Reception was friendly and efficient.
Had a small problem with 2 out of 3 electronic keys which was rectified easily.
Housekeeping do not routinely come into the rooms during Covid. We called to get floors vacuumed as we had inadvertently brought in some mud on our boots. We were told housekeeping was on the floor so just ask them. We could not find them. Would have liked fresh towels as were there for 3 nights. Again, probably Covid related. Rooms and linens clean. Full sized fridges, microwaves and dishwasher in the rooms which were great.
Breakfast was a bagged breakfast for now which suited our needs. You could get cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwich or bagel, coffee or tea, water and juice.
They had a lovely area to sit at both inside and outside. We chose outdoors.
Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend.

We checked into this homewood, for a few hours of sleep after a flight into Toronto. Conveniently located a little down the road, out of the main traffic we located this hotel.So really I guess all I really have to attest to is the comfortable bed I crawled into, with great pillows, and I mean I am fussy. I am curious as to where they buy their feather pillows from, because they were dreamy. The room had everything a traveller would need to exist comfortably, and we didnt seem to hear alot of hall noise either. We did not get to breakfast as we slept through it. If I were coming out of Toronto again and needed a place to stay this would be my first choice.

We got in late. We had reserved a room with two beds - only one bed had sheets. Because it was so late we just made do. When we complained the next morning the desk person promised to seen someone right up to put on sheets. Lots of good that did us, we were checking out., The breakfast the next morning was only so-so, but that may have been in part due to pandemic restrictions. We were very disappointed for a Hilton property.

We arrived and immediately found malfunctioning lights. The front desk staff was rude and accused us of doing something wrong - until they finally came up to see that we were right. There is no excuse for accusing customers instead of solving the problem.
Sheets were so thin we brought our own blankets from the car. Our room had piles of Doritos, candy wrappers, and a sandal left by a previous guest on the floor. It is clear that housekeeping was not paying any attention. To top it off breakfast was sad... we glanced over it and saw nothing we wanted to eat. Stay somewhere else and don't be deceived by the Hilton name. I wish we did.

We recently stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Milton, Ontario and were very disappointed in our stay. Firstly the hotel on a whole was very dirty and poorly kept. From the lobby to the elevators to the rooms, it was very grubby with lots of dirt and debris. Our room had marks on the walls, a dirty ear plug next to the bed, and the shower wasn't cleaned well. The couch was stained and ripped. Half of the outlets in our room didn’t work including the one that the tv was hooked into, we told the front desk this multiple times and they were unable to fix it. The breakfast had poor selection, the second day we stayed they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches and the coffee was undrinkable. It seems that the hotel is understaffed because when we called to get towels (our room only had 2 for 4 guests) we had to go get them because the desk staff said they were the only staff onsite.

Had booked this hotel 2 months in advanced for a birthday/shopping weekend. Called on the day of stay for early check in. Spoke to Virginia she was super nice and super accommodating. We arrived at the hotel about 12:30 and power was out. No fault of the hotel. Virginia greeted us, apologized for Mother Nature and gave us an area in the lobby so we could wait for the power to come back on. After waiting about 2 hours we decided to go to the mall. We got back to the hotel about 5:45 and power was back on. Checked in and thought everything was great until we got to our room and found the door open. They had already given our room to someone else. Went back to the front desk and was told by Tinushe that they had no more rooms. He had to get help as he didn’t know what to do. Melanie came out and just kept saying she didn’t know what happened and said it was the computers fault. Melanie did find us a room finally and although it’s not the same as the room we had booked we were happy to at least have a place to sleep. She told us she would take $100 of of the bill for the inconvenience. When we got to our room it was dirty. Couch cushions were ripped and had stains all over them as well as the desk chair. There was no soap or shampoos. Floors were dirty. Actually quite disgusting. We had to make the best of it as it was all we had. Next morning we get our email invoice and of course it was full price. When we went for breakfast we went to the front desk to ask about our bill and thank goodness Virginia was once again working and she adjusted our bill. Virginia was the only good experience at this hotel. We will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We've stayed 18 nights at this hotel over four visits (2017, '19, '20, and '22). This latest stay was 5 nights. Despite upward price adjustments vs prior years, the cleanliness and maintenance has greatly suffered.
Most of the front staff is extremely friendly (to make up for 2 that can barely say hello), but having to insist to have *one* day of housekeeping over five days is plain silly.
We had to fetch fresh towels and take out our trash.
The shower water pressure is dismal, probably in an effort to save on water, but taking a shower takes 3x longer. This is not pleasant.
Overall cleanliness has taken a significant hit. Floor, elevators, etc. are filthy.
We would have rated this hotel 8.5 a few years back, but now it's barely a 6.

Nice quiet, clean rooms. Breakfast was free, consisting of pre-wrapped egg mcmuffins, waffles, and toasted items. They were discussing coming changes in breakfast offerings. Staff was friendly. Internet was down temporarily, but Tanasha (desk clerk) was able to help me get my plane tickets printed.

I booked a non-refundable rate at this hotel for Sept 3-4. I called on Sept 2 and spoke to Virginia and she said the fee can't be waived. I called back 7 minutes later and spoke to a male staff member and I explained that I want to change my stay to the Brampton Home2. He said that he would waive the fee. I have call records of these 2 calls to this hotel. When I find out that they did not waive the fee and charged my credit card, I called them. They said they have no record of my second call and that it was quite impossible that I called back. Essentially calling me a liar. I called at 11:15 am and 11:22 am documented by Virgin Mobile on Sept 2. The reservation was cancelled by the hotel at 11:24 by the hotel which coincides with the timing of my second call when the man told me he would waive the fee. This is information contained on the cancellation email, this info was provided to me by Hilton corporate office. The manager, Shelley, told me that this reservation was cancelled on Sept 3 as a no show and that it was cancelled by the call centre, not by her staff and that she doesn't have any male staff to whom I could have spoken with. Shelley went on to tell me that Virginia had placed a note in the computer around 3pm that day stating that she told me that the fee could not be waived. I had actually spoken to Virginia at 11:15 am, why would she enter notes in the afternoon. Seems like the man I spoke with was not authorized to waive the fee, even though he told me he would and later in the day when Virginia found out they pretended that the call didn't happen, covered their tracks by noting it on my file and went on to charge my card. Another inconsistency here is that a no show would be cancelled on Sept 4, not Sept 3. In actual fact was cancelled on Sept 2 which was when I called. Corporate office has asked the hotel to send me a copy of the cancellation email which I never did receive and they still won't send it to me. The hotel staff told corporate that they would send me the cancellation email but they did not. The information that corporate has matches the timeframe of my story accurately but what the hotel staff are saying does not make sense other than to find a way to scam me out of a fee that I was told would be waived. This is by far my worst experience with hotel staff. Accusing me of lying.

It's probably a 25 minute trip so either a taxi or car rental will be your best choice, I don't know what the public transport system would be like between the two locations - the hotel is not near any residential areas so buses may be a bit scarce.
