# 204 room was very clean, great comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk. They were eager to please, especially Pat who went out and beyond. Many thanks to all. Looking forward to the next retreat.

I stayed in a room with two queen sized beds; it was a good room, although the toilet bath/shower room was small, but adequate. If I weighed over 100 kg, I might want a bigger one. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The lobby is small, but is nicely appointed for sitting in front of the fireplace. There is...

Everything was fine here. It's a basic place with a restaurant and bar attached. Price is high for what you get. Restaurant food was Ok, again at a higher price for the quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not much else in the immediate area. It would be nice if there was some sort of breakfast given with the cost...

This hotel needs a serious overhaul. It is clean but REALLY tired. Air-conditioning was so noisy we turned it off and opened the window. I went to check out the sauna and hot tub (which looked nice) but they were locked up and had a sign that said reservations were required - that was too much work after a long...

This is only a two star motel/Inn. It is adequate for a one or two night stay but it is nothing fancy. Located alongside the main highway, our room was clean and had what we needed. There was plenty of parking and the internet worked well in our room. The pool and hot tub were ok, both outdoors, clean but...

Stayed here as I was attending a nearby wedding. Front desk clerk when we checked in was polite, but seemed annoyed to have to help us. Our room reeked of commercial carpet deodorizer and bodily odours, and speaking to other guests of the wedding who were staying there, their rooms also had a smell to them. My cousin wanted to...

I stayed here because it was the location of a work conference. The Inn is very cute at the front and is nicely decorated for fall. The front desk person wore a forced smile and looked annoyed when I tried to make small talk. No information was offered about the restaurant or hotel amenities. My room was on the second...

My husband and I were judging field trials within about half a hour of the MacIntosh Inn, which made it very convenient. Surprisingly, the interior was more country inn than it appeared from the outside, and very attractive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. The breakfast room was lovely, and the wait staff was truly superb in demeanor...

The desk chair is stained. My feet got filthy walking barefoot on the carpet. There is a truck and boat parked on the grass 3 feet from our window so we have no privacy. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfy but that's all the room had to recommend it. Smells bad too

We enjoy going to "the Mac" pub for dinner occasionally for a casual dinner, often with family. There is free fresh popcorn, cold beer with a great selection on draft, very friendly and accommodating staff and we've never been disappointed with the food. Everything from salads to sandwiches, pizza and burgers are great for an enjoyable meal. The only reason...
