We grabbed the first place without a "No Vacancy" due to construction. Mistake! At least the bathroom has been renovated; the rest of the unit was in bad need of it. The carpeting looked really dirty -- my wife thought it was moving! At least they're dog-friendly. There's no breakfast, but a decent place across the road.

This is an older motel, a friendly lady, Angela, is very helpful and welcomes you. The room smelled of smoke, in spite of no-smoking designation. Most people in small towns smoke, there are ashtrays just outside each room, the smoke follows them into the room. The motel is being renovated and it takes time.

Only lock on the door is in the knob. Owner came in our room at 4 a.m., and into our friends room right after because he said he didn't know we were in there because our car was between the two rooms. Bed frame and springs in bed were broken, so it kept tipping us out and making lots of...

The place has new owners since January, so it needs to be renovated. The wall paper is pretty old and smells like cigarette smoke, but overall the room was very clean and comfortable. If you are in the downstairs unit, you can hear the people walking on their rooms upstairs, but that wasn't too bad. Very quiet during the night.

Adequate for a place to sleep for a night. Priced a little high for what you get but was fine when all else was full. No shampoo at this place & only one creamer for coffee but it did have a table with a couple chairs, good WiFi and a nice tv. A spot of something sticky on the carpet...

Smells awful! Filthy carpets. This place should be condemned! Smells like rotting wood. Ceilings are falling in, wallpaper is coming off every where. DON'T STAY HERE!!! I could not sleep even though I was very tired from driving all day.

I dont see why anyone is saying it's clean as it smells like cat pee, carpets are absolutely dirty with foot prints like someone had bleach on their shoes, plus you trip on the carpet as its not fitted. We were driving late and was too tired to continue. Other motels were full. Should of slept in the truck especially...

Was en route to Toronto and wanted to get past Thunder Bay. After we left Thunder Bay we started calling hotels and motels and discovered everything was booked. In Nipigon, we stopped at every place to find they were full and then stumbled upon the Town & Country. Price was $85 all in for a room with two queen beds....

This is older in need of remodeling but it was clean and the free wifi worked. It seemed a little pricy but that may be because it was one of the last rooms in town due to a Pow Wow and fishing tournament. We happened to pass through town on the way back on our road trip in early evening...
