The "Shammy" is a fantastic lodge in beautiful Muskoka. Our family stayed in Driftwood 2 over the Victoria Day long weekend and it was really fun. It rained one day so we made good use of the indoor pool and hot tub. The other days were sunny and we enjoyed fishing, tennis, basketball, the beach area, playground and an evening bonfire.My husband and one of our sons also spent some time canoeing. Susan, the office manager, was extremely friendly and helpful as were all of the staff we came into contact with. The beds are super comfortable, the air-conditioning works well and the water pressure is great. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed our view from the screened in porch every morning and evening. Can't wait to come back!

What a totally awesome place. We stayed in the Tree House. There were 5 of us. Three adults and two children ages 9 and 11. Could not have asked for a better lay-out. And, our hostess, Susan Nairn, was just lovely. So friendly, and, nothing was too much bother. She was the highlight of our stay. Met many other lovely guests, and, we all had a great time. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, and, very well prepared. And, severed with Susan's lovely smile. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much shamrock for the best family vacation! My husband and I took our two little ones for three nights. The grounds are beautifully kept with a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the water, canoes, paddle boats and Tim was generous enough to take us on his own boat for a tour of the lake. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. Can’t wait to go back next year. We are so greatful to have found this amazing business.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Shamrock. We had such a lovely time with our family and our friends as well. the activities for the kids are simply top notch from Ceramics, ice cream boat trip, holding a snake and a tarantula... and my son being taught how to water ski! Thanks for a memorable getaway, see you next year !

Our family just returned from a three night stay at Shamrock Lodge and could not have had a more lovely time. The meals were great as were the staff and the owners are very much present and engaged which is appreciated.

What a fabulous few days we had for our first time stay at Shamrock Lodge. Having grown up spending nearly 26 consecutive summers at a nearby resort I had always known about Shamrock’s existence. It wasn’t until the other resort closed down that I decided to take my own family to try it out and start a new tradition at the Shamrock Lodge. So glad we did! This little gem that I had always seen the sign for growing up but knew nothing about, was exactly what we needed! Wonderful ownership, family-friendly environment, beautiful lakefront and clean accommodations. Sue and Tim are absolutely wonderful and make everyone feel like a part of the family. We can’t wait to return next summer!

The room was really clean. The service is beyond 5 stars and feels really like home. They were always there to help whatever our needs. The staffs and owner were super nice. The food was excellent and the pastry and deserts is a must to try. I sounded like somebody who made review over the top but it is. The view from my room was so calming. I am from montreal. If it were short distance from us i would definetely come more often.

We had an amazing couples vacation! Our accommodations were well appointed with an amazing lake view. Sue was kind and helpful, and very accommodating of my unexpectedly late arrival, providing amazing customer service start to finish. Tim went above and beyond treating us to a boat ride on our last morning. And the food was just wow! Everything about our stay exceeded my expectations This was our first visit, and will not be our last, we have already booked our stay for next year. Couldn't ask for a better place to visit

2nd visit there this season, both we're equally incredible. The staff treat you like their personal guest, the food is amazing. They completely customize your meals to any dietary requirements. The property is stunning. We just got back from Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect. Can't wait to go back next summer!
