This motel is dated and the rooms are quite small but extremely clean and the beds are quite comfortable. There is a microwave and fridge in the room as well as a coffeemaker. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner wasn’t able to give us the room we had requested, so he adjusted our rate. We were able to check in early and receive our key even though the room wasn’t ready so that we could just move in our stuff when we arrived back at the motel later that night. We had a corner unit with 3 windows on the top floor. We had no problem with noise at all. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was very clean. No hairdryer. Coffee maker and microwave were clean, but we didn’t use them. Used the fridge. The little freezer section kept our ice packs frozen. For a one or two night stay its an economical choice. The other accommodations in the area were all $200 more per night

This motel is on Main Street, walking distance to a few restaurants and some shopping. It is no frills, but some effort has been made to update the rooms, which are spacious and clean. The pillows and the beds are good, and both my wife and I slept well. Less appealing were the recycle and trash bins located right outside our door, room #2.

My mess was the only thing not clean here lol The owners were amazingly friendly. Our first night (of 3) we woke up to a flat tire. The owner noticed and waited for us to come down and came out right away with a jack to help. He even got down on the ground to assist with our pump and seal kit. Sparkling clean, air conditioner and wifi worked awesome. The only thing I would change is choosing a room on the ground level to be able to skip the stairs.

My wife and I and two children stayed here for a week in May 2020. The staff and owners were so accommodating to our every need it was better than staying with family. Newly renovated and very clean. We can’t wait to return. Thank you all!

Smelled like cat pee, my partner found a flea on him in the bed.
Mould in bathroom.
When we could have had another room, put is in a room where the whole second floor goes to smoke right outside our window.
$60 more than they said it would be.

This motel is under new management and I shall be very surprised if they do not go bankrupt. The rooms are old and small and the management (I think it is family run) is rude to say the least. I spoke to another person Whi said they had enquired about the price, been told $80, and then when they said they were going to check around were told that if they didn't take the room right then the price was going up to $100. When they did come back as there was nothing else with vacancies, they were told it was $110 !!!

This motel is disgusting and I will never go back. Virtually every piece of furniture in the room had some white stain on it. The bottom of the shower curtain was brown. The pillow was old and stained brown and yellow from head sweat. Instead of maintaining the pool they just filled it in with gravel. To top it off the people running the motel are rude. There are much better options in Port Elgin. If at all possible avoid this dump.

I will never stay at All Season Motel again. The room had no window facing the front. The window inside was facing a fence and the window at the other end of the room was facing a dumpster. When we asked for another room we were told there wasn't another room available although the sign at the front read vacancy. July 11,2015.

In our experience, we found the owner to be rude and unprofessional. My husband and I booked a room for a one night stay, Sept. 9. The only reason we booked this very dated, marginally clean Motel was because it was the only one we could find in the area that accepts pets. At check-in I inquired if there had been any recent incidents of bed bugs, a prevalent problem in many motels/hotels regardless of "star" rating. The owner was offended by the question, declared they were a "clean" motel. The room and washroom were cramped, frumpy, dated and smelled of smoke. I checked the bed immediately, discovered that the box spring had a big hole in it. We were out most of the day, returned briefly for a shower and went out again until 8:30 pm. Upon our return, I inspected the bed again. This time I found a moving bug on the sheets. Having studied bed bugs and implementing protocols and applications in my own work place, I'm quite familiar with the pests. This one, though very small, appeared to me to be a bed bug. Even if it wasn't, close enough for me, there was no way we were staying. I asked the owner to come and have a look himself. He denied it was a bug at all, quickly squished it and stormed out of the room. I followed him back to the office, found him yelling to himself, in his mother tongue. I tried to have a reasonable conversation with him, which did not happen. I asked him to please stop yelling and suggested he might consider handling this situation more professionally. I informed him we would not be staying, asked if we could have at least partial refund, which he emphatically refused. There was no reasoning with this man. We packed up and left immediately.
