A group o booking was offered for a wedding I was attending. The Hotel was aware that the wedding was taking place at 4:00 and when we arrived we were told that the Check-in was not before. 3:00, we did get it at 2:30 but after driving for 5hrs and having to get ready (shower and dress) and hoping to get to rest a bit we were rush to get to the ceremony . I was not impressed that the hotel would offer a group booking if they could not accommodate. If the hotel would stop cutting down on services and start thinking about the customer the rooms would have been ready. I booked 2 rooms asking for connecting room and they did not provide it. SOrry this hotel should learn what customer service is.

The BEST HOTEL IN MY AREA. Ive tried Aloft n others but none can COMPARE to this. Customer service/rooms/location and much more… is everything one is paying for. Although, here the wonderful customer service is a complete bonus:) i love it more every time I go. Even just for a break from reality/pain and chaos in life.

We stayed at the Novotel Vaughan from July 5-7, 2023. I've got no complaints. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king bed suite with the breakfast included option. The king bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the kids slept well on the sofa pull out bed in the main room. We met some unpleasant people in the pool, but that's not the hotels fault. The elevator was slow, but that's fine. The included breakfast options are limited unless you want to pay more to order from the full breakfast menu; I guess you need to draw the line somewhere. But as I said, no real major complaints. No highway noise or noise in the hallway. Close to Vaughan Mills mall where we ate once at the Pickel Barrell. We also visited LegoLand in the mall as well. This hotel is a close drive to Wonderland and Dave & Busters (we went to both). We would stay here again. …

Kind and efficient service, clean rooms, we got a free upgrade to quiet floor and a nicely set out breakfast made for a comfortable and friendly stay. We were in Vaughan for a wedding and we had a great stay at this hotel. They were great at accommodating to our group.

Everything is broken here. Theres only one elevator when I came in and the hotel was full. It took me almost 10 minutes to get to my room. They don't even clean your room everyday. The lobby is nice though and room was big. I went to the desk to ask for a manager and there was no one at the time. Thats ok but when I asked the front staff for the managers card they looked scared to give it.

Overall experience was excellent. This Hotel is extremely well situated for access to the mall and legoland. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The Breakfast is fantastic. Approx 10 drive to the subway station.

I would highly recommend this hotel and you will agree once you will meet their Great Team, always happy and ready to make your stay the best possible! The food at their restaurant was very good. I called prior to see if they have parking spots for my trailer truck, they said they will reserve one for me and they did. The complimentary water in the room was a bonus.

Great hotel and friendly staff great customer service. ALL of the employees were so kind and accommodating with whatever your request may be.Great location close to wonderland and walking distance to Vaughan Mills Mall.Rooms are modem lobby looks great and we loved the pool and hot tub. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Front desk staff are nice and friendly. The facilities are good and it is nice that it is near Wonderland. I love the ambience. Looking forward to my next stay. Will definitely come back. Bringing my family and friends next time.
