Very well appointed suite with two rooms, each with a TV. The bedroom has a door separating it from the living room/kitchen. It The suite has a full size refrigerator(with ice maker), microwave and dishwasher, small cooktop and a regular coffee maker. All the dishes, pots and pans required to prepare and eat meals. The bed was comfortable Front desk was professional, polite and efficient. The hot breakfast was delicious with different offerings the two days we were the. Bacon and sausages were available. Lots of easy, free parking available. Well worth the cost of the room. The comfort and quality offered by Staybridge is terrific.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. As a Diamond member, I expected a certain level of service that unfortunately was not met.
Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and seemed more focused on upselling rather than providing quality customer service. I was charged for an upgrade that should have been complimentary as part of my membership benefits. Additionally, the elevator was dirty when we checked in, and one of the room cabinets had broken glass. When I called the front desk in the evening, the staff member refused to provide a vacuum or offer assistance to clean up the broken glass. It was only after insisting strongly that she finally agreed to send housekeeping to address the issue. Her excuse was that the housekeeping storage was locked, which was unacceptable.
Later that night, when the air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own, I called the front desk hoping for a simple fan to get through the night. I was told, once again, that the magical, all-powerful housekeeping storage was locked tight, and I would just have to wait until morning for relief. But hey, no worries—they generously offered a 15% discount. Because, of course, a small discount is just as good as a functioning AC when you're trying to sleep in a sweltering room, right?
To add to the list of issues, we saw multiple bugs coming from the bathroom drain. When we reported this to the staff, our concerns were casually dismissed, making us feel like mere complainers rather than valued guests. Ignoring a pest control issue is not just unprofessional; it's a serious health concern. Pictures of the bugs are attached below for your reference.
Throughout our stay, no one offered an apology for the inconveniences we faced. The customer service was terrible, and it seems that the housekeeping storage is equipped with necessary items but is only accessible during business hours. I understand that housekeeping might not be available after hours, but the issues we experienced were basic operational needs. The staff clearly needs more training in dealing with customers, as there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and friendliness, except for an older lady we met in the elevator who I believe was a manager.
Advice to Management: It's high time for a reality check. Start by training your staff to prioritize customer service over upselling. Ensure that essential items are accessible at all times, not just during business hours. Implement a system where urgent guest needs can be addressed promptly, regardless of the time. Address pest control issues immediately to maintain a clean and safe environment for your guests. And perhaps most importantly, teach your team the art of a sincere apology. It goes a long way in making guests feel valued and respected. A little empathy and professionalism could transform a negative experience into a positive one.
Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I hope the management takes these steps to improve their service.

We booked on the phone with what I thought was directly with the hotel, requesting a suite with 2 queen beds(we are 2 adults and 2 kids). I got the confirmation by email. When we arrived, we checked in and once we were in the room, we noticed that there was only 1 queen bed. We went downstairs to inform them hoping we can switch to a bedroom with 2 queen beds, but the receptionist told us it was completely sold out, and that there was an error with the booking, they got the booking from the third party I booked with that we requested only 1 queen bed. They told me that they cannot accommodate me and that I should call the third party to see if they refund me and that the only thing they could do was to give me a cot (which I refused) While I was on the phone with the third party at the reception, my husband send me a message saying that the sofa in the room was a sofa bed. I told that to the receptionist and she said yes, it turns into a queen mattress. I told her that they could’ve told us that from the beginning. When the third party came back on the line, they agreed to refund me 15% to try to cover the difference between a room with 1 queen bed vs 2 queen beds. We also found that the beds were extremely inconfortable, the mattress cover was too small for the bed size. We asked them to clean our room (during the weekend you have to request it) they made the bed but not the sofa bed. Left dishes in the sink. Do not recommend this hotel at all!!

The hotel was clean enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and the half table in the hall betwwen the elevator and room 414 needs to be dusted. The room with the King bed has a bathroom sink that needs the overflow preventer hole at the back of the sink to be cleaned. I was brushing my teeth and bent forward and it was really gross to see how dirty inside of it was. The shelf under the TV in the king bedroom had a circle mark from the previous guests' drink. The breakfast was the usual Staybridge fare, my children love the waffles. The staff were all polite and friendly. I recommend attention to the small details when cleaning that will go a long way.

Cleanliness was superior. The room was comfortable and cozy. Fresh towels were provided daily and the breakfast buffet was an added bonus. They also added a three social nights with appetizers. The staff kept everything in order and were very helpful.
