Solid motel for multi family and group stays. Staff were very accommodating and responsive. Common areas and rooms were clean and generally in good repair. When we phoned to get a lightbulb replaced and for some trouble with a thermostat they came quickly and repaired. Rooms are basic but well appointed, including with fridges and mini kitchens with pots/pans, etc (at least our room). Rooms and fixtures are in good repair but a bit worn - wall/paint scuffs and dents, furniture wear and small stains, etc. It’s clear this is a busy property that sees a lot of guests.

Pool area was enjoyed by kids, gym is relatively well equipped and seldom used so worth making use of if you can. Breakfasts and happy hour meal/snack (1x weekly) are offered complimentary on the main floor.

There is a fair amount of road noise from the highway,even though windows don’t open. This may bother you, depending on what sort of environment you’re used to for sleeping.

Well situated to a number of nearby attractions including Canada’s Wonderland, trains into TO and elsewhere, shopping and restaurants. You’ll likely still need a car though.

First floor rooms are for smokers and the smell - even in the hallway outside the rooms - is very strong. Unless you’re a smoker avoid these rooms.

If you’re in need of budget accommodation for larger groups or multi-family this is probably your place.

Incredible staff! Pool was nice and shallow for the kids. Hot tub was nice too! The rooms have kitchens and you can bring your own food and cook! It's like a small apartment.
The little 2 burner stove with microwave pots and pans, dishes and dishwasher. We loved it here !!!!

I have never experienced such an accommodating, professional, respectful services ever like I did here. I travel alot, I am very detail oriented, I can be picky too. We picked this location for all the guests traveling for our wedding (including us). We did not have a total of 10 rooms to book a block, but we did have a total of approximately 60 nights with all guests combined.
Dave Warmington, the Director of Sales was my main contact as I made all the reservations. Honestly, if every Hilton had a patient, accommodating individual like Dave in all their location, they would be blessed.

We had so many changes due to continuous travel restrictions, and Dave was accommodating to all. Us, the bride and groom, we originally only booked for one night as we were traveling abroad for our honeymoon, when that got canceled, the hotel, on daily basis renewed our booking with our original rate, every night, for 5 nights straight, until we were able to figure out what to do.
Dave made sure all our guests were on the same floor. They had early access to rooms based on their arrival times, and their front desk customer service was exceptional.
I can write an essay about how great the service and place was, but this short essay should do for now.
The only reason I took a star out because it was hard to locate cleaning services on our floor -bride and groom only (7th floor) when we wanted to get clean garbage bags and such. Other than that everything was great, including laundry service and dry cleaning services.
On a final note: hotel location is optimal if you are planning your wedding in Vaughan, and even if you cant get group rate, contact the hotel directly, speak to sales, and they will be able to work other things out for you and your guests.
This was not my 1st time staying at this location, and it was my 1st time booking for a large group, and we were pleased, all 8 rooms.

We picked this location because of its proximity to Canada’s Wonderland and decent price range, which includes a hot breakfast, free parking and spacious rooms. Travelled with family (teenager and two adults).

When booking online be conscious of the differentiation between smoking and non-smoking rooms, as to my surprise, I picked a smoking room without realizing it, and the smell was overwhelming and disgusting. I didn’t realize you could still smoke inside hotels, so if you are looking for this as an option, this is your place! If not, you might be a bit disappointed. There is no way of opening windows and no balcony/walkout. Bizarre that there are smoking restrictions right outside of the hotel entrance, but you can smoke inside the building?!

Staff was really understanding and accommodated us the first night by putting us in a non-smoking room (upgrade free of charge), and the second night, we toughed it out, as they were fully booked. Woke up feeling like a night out in the 1990s with dry throats and a headache.

On top of that, we were woken up by the neighboring guests that decided to start blasting their music with heavy bass at 2:00 am. Staff onsite initially tried to address the issue, but noise continued on afterward.

Would recommend larger suites on second floor or other floors, but not staying on 1st level unless you are fine with the smell of cigarettes and want the option to smoke inside your room.

Went there to go to Medieval times. Booked a smoking room by mistake (which the manager made sure we knew that this was our doing...which by the way not denying since the proof was in the email) and even though we were not greatly happy about it after a seven hour trip in the car, decided to go to the room and try it out. This was room #105. First thing you notice is the smell. Smells like an ashtray, but then it was the damage to the carpet (burn stains and black marks) chair (gouges) and even couch (snags and rips). But then the dirt and uncleanness was not to be ignored either. Hair in the shower and floor. Floor in front of the sink unclean, used tea cup in the microwave with lipstick. So we called the front desk (since they hold $100 for damages while you stay and was not told about the existing damage from the front desk clerk/manager) and he offered us room 103 instead. This room smelled worse and had the same rug damage. Finally my husband called and asked how much it would be more for a non smoking room. They charged us $50 dollars more a night for 2 nights for a room with no smell, no dirt and no damage. For the smoking room we were to pay $711 for two nights and we just received our bill of $854 for two nights in the non smoking room. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because in the room we ended up in has a comfortable bed, the breakfast was decent and room attendant "Iona" sorry if I got the name wrong was very empathetic towards us after the first room (she also gave us a fabulous option of a place to eat). She checked room 605 (the room we ended up in) to make sure it was OK. Which by the way was identical except 6 floors up. I don't know why people who cause no damage to rooms get to pay more for the rooms. It is overpriced for what you are getting to begin with. The showers need to be cleaned up and re-caulked (which I find to be the case in many hotels now). If you want to stay here avoid the rooms mentioned if you don't want to stay in a smelly damaged looking rooms and if you want non smoking, know that you will be charged for it.
P.S. That night when my husband went downstairs to get a drink from the commissary the front desk attendant/manager gave him a bottle of water on the house. I guess that fixed everything. Stayed there from the 25 to 27th of August 2023. Arrived between 6pm and 7pm. To anyone who reads this and cares who was working that shift. I know it might be exasperating to have to work with travel weary people but this is where you work and this is what you do. This was not a great beginning to our weekend even if the second room was decent. We spent almost an hour getting it all sorted out. Will not be returning to this location.

Ok, where should I start? Maybe by saying the king suite one bedroom we had cost $246/night and the pictures and suite descriptions on the website were pretty eye catching. I'm a fair, reasonable and naturally positive human being and with that being said this hotel challenged me. Our experience was under expectations and I regret making this reservation.
First, please note the hotel is basically sitting on the..highway, in other words expect noise, in fact expect a lot of it. I'm a sensitive sleeper and even with earplugs on, the highway sound kept me company the whole night. The first thing we both noticed when we got to the room was the...missing pieces, there was only one dining chair, no coffee table or ottoman, no desk with chair as per picture on their website. Basically there was just a couch {no pillows}, the tv unit and a corner chair...all outdated. There is no entry closet or anything like that where you can drop your shoes or luggage. The kitchen was poorly equipped, no utensils for both of us, the bathroom had no shampoos, only 2 tiny soaps that we shared in between the shower, sink and kitchen. Also no fan in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for the extra dining chair and whatever else we needed. The front desk was another story, but if I have to put a label on it I'd say...low energy. Breakfast was pretty basic, one type of bread {white}, bagels, cooked eggs, packed juice and some yogurts. Apples as fruits but I'm not accustomed to it as..breakfast fruit. No muffins, no croissants or at least a healthier type of bread. If the hotel room was $130/night I wouldn't write this review but for the price we paid for a king suite that promised a..lovely stay was definitely..a miss. At that price $245 I believe anyone would expect a different comfort standard. It's not fair to us the clients to be faced with these challenges and be put on the spot. Definitely disappointing and just like that we learned..another lesson!!

Spent the weekend with a family of 5 using convenient adjoining rooms. Hotel was quiet. Rooms, pool, and hot tub were very clean. Staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful, especially Hamid in the breakfast area who treated us with attentive service.

This was a very nice hotel. Staff were exceptional. It is very close to Canada’s Wonderland (less than 10min) and a straight forward drive. Our room had a full kitchen with a full sized fridge with a freezer which was great for keeping our ice packs cold for our cooler. The only possible negative thing is that it’s a little close to the highway so you hear some motorcycles wizzing by at night but it’s not too bad. And their complimentary breakfast should be spread out over more space because it bottlenecks and there are way too many people in a small space. But that could be an easy fix.

We checked in and made the mistake of booking a smoking room. The hotel swapped us to a non smoking room. Then at 10:45pm someone tried to get into our room scaring my minor daughter. I answered it and a guy told us it was his room. Then 5 mins later two security guys knocked on our door and demanded I go with them to the front desk to sort out the issue. The front desk had not changed our booking when the room was changed. I told the security guards to go away and get it sorted. I was in my pj’s gave them my name and told them to go sort out their issue. We were treated like criminals. Due to their mistake and incompetence on the front desk. After getting dressed and going downstairs at 11pm. Then the door lock wouldn’t let me back in. They refused to offer a refund as we paid via Travelocity and told us to contact them. After speaking with Travelocity the hotel would only offer a 20% refund but if we wanted to stay with them again he would let us stay for free. Discussed with the way we’re treated and the service provided. Will never stay there again. As well as this the room was dirty. The door lock on the inside didn’t work. There was trash under the bed had a hair band and hair from another guest. The pull out bed fitted sheet was missing and what covers were there didn’t look clean. Please do not stay in this hotel. Not only were we treated like criminals after paying $400 the room was dirty!
