Our stay at Gabi and Tom’s B&B was above and beyond our expectations for our long weekend stay in Prince Edward County. For starters, the location, grounds, and food was incredible, the room impeccably clean, amazingly comfortable bed, pillows, and luxurious linens. We took full advantage of the amenities on their spacious property, including enjoying breakfast on their picnic tables, having take-out and snacks in their waterfront gazebo, enjoying drinks in Adirondack chairs on their dock and having nightcaps with them and other guest around their firepit. Our only regret was not heeding their advice of taking their Sivber Swan canoe to a secluded location in Sandbanks Provincial Park, which was highly recommended by the other guests who visit annually. Next time!

Hadovka B&B is a gem and offers a great PEC experience with a wonderful location walking distance to the center of Wellington, its beach, and a quick drive to the many vineyards in the County. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! Check-in was smooth.
. The hosts walked us through the indoor and outdoor spaces we had access to,
including where to dine for breakfast each morning. Our air conditioned room was large, clean, and included a fridge, water and wine glasses. We spent one night by the fire pit in the backyard and admired the beautiful view of the bay while stargazing. They provided such a cozy, relaxing environment, and the breakfast each day was AMAZING! Compliments to the chef, Gabi! Lastly, there are plenty of restaurants in the area to dine at indoor and on patios, but beware of the mosquitos and pack repellent if you’re bothered by them. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Many will review Hadovka and talk about the breakfast and the location in the village of Wellington on the water. I however would rather speak about how nice the accomadations and land was and even more impressive how welcoming the two hosts/owners Tom and Gabby are to you as a guest.
My wife arranged the stay over the long weekend going into August and we were lucky to get a room due to a cancelation. We were looking for a chance to unwind and destress.
The room was a nice and very comfortable and clean space that was well set up with an ensuite, refrigerator, table and supplier with water, glasses and a few other items. This made the space very comfortable when we wanted to just relax.
The yard was nice and long and we enjoyed the dock to unwind every day, used the offered canoe for a morning paddle to the beach and sat with hosts and other guests by a night-time bonfire.
All this and the walk ability to small stores a Saturday market, beaches and restaurants made it ideal but still secondary.
Tom and Gabby were the reason we would com back again and again. Their friendliness and nice conversation alone was great but recommendations to things to do, offering help setting up for a private picnic near the water, passes to parking and just so much, they made us feel so welcome.
Yes the breakfast is very, very good.

We booked the lake view suite and couldn’t be happier! Spacious, comfortable with a balcony and a private entrance, it was exactly as advertised by Tom. The breakfasts prepared by Gabi were wonderful and plentiful. The two hosts were very charming, courteous and helpful with all requests. All in all, we highly recommend this B&B for a truly memorable stay in Wellington and Prince Edward County.
Regarding the booking process with Tom, I found him quite open and accommodating and he did mention that cancellation within the agreed upon window would entail at 3.5 % processing fee. This is not unique to this establishment as several B&B’s in the area have the same policy.

We just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay at Hadovka B&B! We can't say enough about this beautiful home. The hosts, Gabby and Tom are so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. The suite was so modern, absolutely spotless and had a balcony overlooking their property with Lake Ontario in the background. There is another little room near the main suite which would be perfect for a family (the suite plus a separate room with 2 singles) The food was incredible and so artistically presented. There is a smaller beach with a boardwalk within walking distance....beautiful any time of the day. Midtown Brewery is also within walking distance and serves great burgers and pizzas on their patio. Thanks Gabby and Tom...we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Hadovka Lakeside B &B. We were there for 2 nights to celebrate the birthday of my spouse. It is charming period home having been built in the 1800's but modernized for your comfort with well appointed rooms including on suite bathrooms, air conditioning, bar fridge and our room had a comfortable Queen size bed . Our hosts Tom and Gabi were very friendly , providing us with information and dinner suggestions. Gabi prepared delicious hot breakfasts each day which also included home baked sour dough bread and tomatoes from their garden. When you check in they ask about food allergies or about foods that you don't eat and are accommodating. We had the choice of eating in their dinning room our in their lovely back yard. Since the weather was nice we choose the backyard which is very large and runs deep facing a canal and has views of Lake Ontario. On the second night that we were there they made a bonfire for the guests over a fire pit and offered us wine, but we were headed to a drive-in movie and had to decline. We would of enjoyed joining the group over a glass of wine and chatting with our hosts and the other guests. At all times we felt comfortable and safe during these pandemic times as each guest had tables to themselves in the garden and our hosts followed Covid safety protocols. As I said we loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed there 3 nights on our bike tour and were welcomed immediately by Tom and Gabby, our hosts. Gabby got us started by mapping out some routes and suggestions for wineries and providing a map that proved invaluable. Gabby's a great cook. She filled us up each morning with a delicious breakfast and made up some sandwiches from her home-baked sourdough bread for our day's venture when no food venues were on our biking route.
Due to our tour company's late booking, we ended up with the smallest room at the Inn, but we found it to be quite comfortable. The Hadovka Lakeside Inn gets the award for best bed and shower! The mattress was soft and comfy, and the water was hot and forceful. The location is an easy walk to several restaurants.
The friendliness and hospitality could not have been better...we left feeling like we've made new Canadian friends. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Gabriela and Tom run a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Not only is the breakfast delicious, but the owners are very kind, courteous and fun! It is a short walk to Wellington’s main strip, a great entry point to the Millenium Trail and wineries and a short drive to Bloomfield. In keeping with the times, Gaby and Tom stagger breakfast times to sanitize between seatings and wear masks. Spend some time at Hadovka Lakeside B&B. It’s a gem of a place with two gems at the helm!

Very good experience, our hosts really take care. Gaby and Tom are a very nice couple. They made us feel home, far away from our house. The room was comfortable, very clean with lots of space. The breakfasts were greats. Gaby made us delicious muffins and bread. The place is in the small and quiet town of Wellington, ten minutes walking from groceries, restaurants and bars. It is waterfront, we had a picnic in the water side gazebo. You can charge your electric car if needed. Wow!

We, as a family (6 adults and two children), stayed for a weekend in July. Tom and Gabby were spectacular hosts who did an excellent job of balancing being terrific hosts while allowing us to escape and have our space. They were incredibly personable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious with many fresh/on property ingredients and very generous quantities.
Our two year old daughter also had a blast at the playground overlooking the water that is about a ten minute walk from the inn.
