Wonderfully well equipped accommodation with an excellent location. The facility has a set of seven cottages. We were in the large on . It accommodated the six of us very comfortably. Beautiful decor and spacious. Fabulous view on the west lake. The white swans were a treat to see.

This was our first time staying at Twin Birch and we would definitely love to go back again. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked very well and kept our cottage cool. Our cottage was right on the waterfront, so we saw swans and ducks swimming in front of our cottage. The cottage was in a very quiet and peaceful area. A pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park was included for our stay. The cottage was within walking distance of restaurants. We highly recommend La Condesa. The new owners seem very nice and attentive, they responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival. Thank you for such a great holiday.

The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The cottage is beautiful and so clean. We loved that it was dog-friendly so we could include our four-legged family member on our trip. Beautiful view of the lake and within walking distance to some delicious restaurants. Close to many wineries as well. We could not have asked for a better base for our trip in the County.

We have just returned from another great week at Twin Birch Suites and Cottages. As always Carolin and Alex were our gracious hosts. Our cottage on the water was spotless with all the amenities we required. There's nothing better than sitting out on the deck in the morning with a coffee (or tea) and enjoying the peaceful serenity that is West Lake.

We stayed 2 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. The property was great, clean and well furnished. Caroline and Alex were fantastic hosts and very friendly!. Location was walking distance to downtown Wellington, and the kayak adventure to the beach is highly recommended, We will certainly be going back!

The location is fantastic. Located right on West Lake, a block from the Millennium Trail and walking distance to all the town amenities We rented one of the small cabins. It was impeccable. But the reason I would return is the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. You can't go wrong staying here

Due to COVID we decided to do a honeymoon staycation. This was the perfect place! We got one of the smaller cabins and it was a great size for the two of us. The view was beautiful and the location was central to many other PEC locations. The bed was not the optimal comfort and the pillows were not super either. They had a great directory for local places to visit. For myself the best feature was the fact that they recycle and compost. There is no smoking inside the cabins, unfortunately there is still smoking permitted on the property which was a bit of a downer. Overall, would definitely recommend.

It’s fantastic... super clean, great location and reasonably priced. It’s very relaxing to sit near the water and watch the sun rise and set. The owners are very friendly and helpful. You are very close to all the sights and places to visit in Prince Edward County.

Once again we had a fantastic few days at Carolin’s place. They kept the grounds and the cottages impeccable! You can hang out by the dock or on your own private deck .. It’s a peaceful and serene setting … To watch the sunrise in the morning is spectacular! We will be back soon ..

Our five day stay was absolutely enjoyable and ideal from start to finish. Carolin & Alex are the perfect hosts. They really make you feel at home, like family. We were in the West Lake Cottage Aug 25 to Sept 01. The cottage is spotless and comfortable, and everything you need is provided. (including pet friendly) And oh yes, for those who care, Tim Horton's is directly across the street.
