My sister and I have been staying at Cavendish Breeze Inn for six years now. The first four years for the Cavendish Beach Music Festival (CBMF), last year and this coming weekend just to get away even though the festival was canceled that's how much we like it there😊
I am so glad my sister put us on their CBMF waitlist in 2015! Kayo and Mickey are wonderful hosts. The place is spotless and quiet, the breakfasts are delicious (and they cater to me being a vegetarian no problem), they're very friendly and the pool and surrounding tanning deck is lovely😎 They always have country music playing in the dining room during CBMF and it's such a great way to start each day of the festival. It's within walking distance to the concert venue, restaurants and shops and a short drive to many other Cavendish attractions.
I enjoy it so much there that I brought my husband last year for a couple nights away as well!

Steps away from the green gables heritage house. Wonderful host - Kayo was not only welcoming, she was full of knowledge about the area and really helped me plan my activities during my stay. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The room was comfortable.

Kayo and her husband guarantee you a warm hospitality, and the place is very clean and cosy.
The breakfast is delicious, there will always be fruits and delikatessen, as well as a special dish prepared by Kayo, which will be served as soon as you sit down.
I strongly recommend this place.
Small note for the owners: please turn the lights off in the corridors during the night!

This is the best B&B my wife and stayed in during our week in PEI. The owners are both very gracious. The entire house is immaculate. Breakfast is complete and varied each day including pastry, toast, cereal, a hot breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and milk. Kayo was able to accommodate my request for gluten free bread. The pool was spotless and the porch was delightful. It was like sitting in my backyard at home! We were always greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. You will not be disappointed if you make reservations here!!

We stayed for three nights in July 2016 in Room 4. The room was very spacious with a queen-sized bed, a couch, a large dresser and en suite bath. The room had its own separate entrance with a comfortable porch to relax on and enjoy. The in-window air conditioner came in handy for the hot nights. The breakfasts were deliciious. Kayo and Mickey were very friendly and gracious hosts. They were excellent with restaurant references, driving directions and recommendations on what to do. The location is only a couple of minutes from Anne of Green Gables and is very convenient to everything on Green Gables Shore, including PEI National Park beaches. We also had an easy drive into Charlottetown.

Great place too stay for a few days. The owners are very welcoming and helpful people. They will do anything to make sure your stay is comforting. Place is very clean. Great location in the heart of Cavendish with everything nearby. Beach is close by just down the road.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Cavendish Breeze as a began my first visit to PEI in September. The location was perfect for my needs. It was easy to find, clean, quiet and Kayo & Mickey were lovely. I felt so welcome as soon as I arrived.
I was able to walk to Green Gables and enjoy all its beauty and memories of my love for Anne of Green Gables.
My wonderful host suggested a beautiful walk along the beach and the dunes and it did not disappoint.
I stayed in Room 6 and it had all that I needed a bit more. Having a small fridge was great for keeping some water and snacks in. However, had to unplug it at night, as it was very loud. But no worries. All was good.
Breakfast was very yummy. Fresh baked goods, yummy jams, eggs and tea. Perfect start. Even took some bake goods for the road, as I knew not much would be open since it was a bit off season.
My whole experience at Cavendish Breeze Inn and the surrounding area was a perfect launching point for a most memorable trip. Will definitely stay with them again!

What a nice surprise. My mom and I had arrived to Cavendish late and wanted to see the Montgomery homestead.
We drove to all sorts of different hotels and randomly went down a little side street, only two turns away from the homestead and came upon Cavendish Breeze Inn.
The owner was extremely attentive and had Anne of Greene Gables themed rooms and even had the DVDs for rent.
Seemed like all rooms had private balconies and our room had our own private bathroom on top of that.
She had breakfast ready and it was all extremely delicious. Fresh fruit and omelettes made fresh.
I would stay again, in a heart beat. With the cleanliness and privacy, prices were completely comparable to the hotels in the area.

We booked the Cavendish Breeze from the PEI Tourist Website. Never having been to PEI we chose Cavendish Breeze because it was near Anne of Green Gables and in the center of the North coast. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a balcony (Although the weather didn't cooperate on the use of the balcony).
Kayo cooked breakfast each morning and accommodated my wife's allergies. Will definitely stay there next time we are in PEI

Idyllic spot very close to many historical sites featuring the islands most famous author. Owners were gracious and accommodating, our room spotless. A delicious breakfast awaited us each morning, fresh towels every evening. Very close to the beautiful Cavendish beach as well. Definitely recommend stopping here, I'll be back next time I go vacation in PEI!
