We spent two nights in one of the cabins and loved our brief time here. We were greeted warmly by Kevin, and arrived just in time to observe the milking. This is a five generation working farm and we learned so much about the farm and the local history. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach. We hope to return one day!

We stayed here for a week for our first time in P.E.I. it was the perfect location and such a beautiful cottage. The hosts were the most helpful and friendly. The cottage had everything you needed, clothes, dishes, linens, play structure and even offered to send over some beach towels if needed. Such a central location that you can complete a great bucket list of things to do over the entire island or take a short walk past the barn to the beach! Pop in and watch/learn about the diary farm and pet the kittens! We will be back, hands down!

This summer, I had the pleasure of staying at a 2 bedroom cottage at Parkview Farm Tourist Home and Cottages. The staff were warm and friendly and I was delighted by the spaciousness of the cottage and the beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch. The cottage was right across the street from the barn and farmhouse and the view of the ocean in the background was gorgeous. It was uplifting to see the cows in the pasture behind the cottage in the field and I was able to visit the barn to see the cows and adorable kittens and cats. The cottage is located along Highway 6 which is a short drive to tourist sites like the Anne of Green Gables Heritage Site and restaurants. I felt that the cottage was conveniently located but far enough from attractions for a peaceful sleep. The cottage has a full kitchen with pots, pans and appliances like a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure for hot and cold water was excellent. There is your own private clothesline for drying clothes that you may wish to hand wash. The cottage had ceiling fans and an air conditioner to make my stay comfortable. Right behind the barn and farm house is a 5 minute walkway to Cavendish Beach. It is a very quiet and lovely section fo the beach. I really enjoyed the red sand, rocks, ocean and sunsets. I definitely want to come back to this lovely place.

I can't say enough about this place! It's so beautiful and close to everything. The 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 6 plus our pup. The owners are so welcoming and accommodating. We stayed here 20 years ago and it was the same way.

We have just finished up 5 days, 4 nights at Parkview Farm Cottages. What an experience. We had a lovely 2 bedroom cottage that filled all our vacation needs. The dairy herd was in our backyard! Abby the farm dog kept our 10 year old busy. He got to feed a new born calf, visit endlessly with barn cats, hang out in the barn and ask questions to the farmers, Garth & Kevin. He was definitely living the dream life! Oh, did we mention that it was an easy 5 minute walk to Cavendish Beach! He also spent hours in the surf! A really simple, wonderful place to enjoy Prince Edward Island and all it's serenity! We will return

At the end of our vacation our best memories were of our stay here. Nondescript from the outside, the cabin was warm wood with many flourishes inside and we wanted for nothing there, it was so well stocked. Out back you have the fields and cattle; from your front deck, the main farm is across the road with the Park road below and the sea beyond. Crossing the road, like the cattle do, you can wind past the barns to a lane that crosses the lower road to an entrance to McNeills' Beach. That is only minutes away if you aren't distracted. When we were there, the skies were blue, the temp mild and the waves crashing dramatically after the passing of an offshore hurricane. This left a lot of interesting deposits on the beach, mostly broken lobster traps. We mostly had this beautiful beach to ourselves (TU covid) and we would stay there til the light faded and be able to return to the cottage in ample time to enjoy the dusk from our deck. In spite of being between Cavendish and North Rustico, we were only minutes from all we needed. The rose hedge out front gave privacy to our little cottage with all of its attention to detail and the combo of being in a pasture with a view to the sea were perfect.

Excellent place to spend a holiday with access to beach and lots of room to walk. Eleanor and family make you feel very welcome. We come back every year and enjoy it so much. Very clean too. Love the farm atmosphere.

We were in a cottage for a week, largely a drizzly, cool week--far from beach weather I am accustomed to in June. However, being at the farm made it a wonderful week. The kids were able to play on the swings often, and all of us enjoyed the short walk to the beach many times. Even with other families in next door cottages, we felt we had plenty of privacy to enjoy the front porch desk or the swingsets. We were welcomed to visit the barns and see the cows, pet the farm dog, and enjoy the cats at a distance--they weren't particularly chummy. The farm hands were friendly and informative and the kids were thrilled to get to sit in the big tractors. The cottage was well-supplied, and if you can't find something, just ask. You will need a car; this is not a location with a convenience store on the next corner.

We spent three nights in one of the cottages at Parkview Farm and loved it. The uninvited guest was Hurricane Dorian who put a damper on our traveling around PEI. Eleanor and Alvin were so nice and accommodating during the storm - we appreciated their kindness and hospitality so very much. We’d love to come back and spend some more time at Parkview Farm - you know you’re in a good place when your fellow visitors have been coming for 20+ years!
