Pretty sure this was the last available room in northern PEI - and for good reason. The door to the room has light shining through its perimeter around 60% of the door. Some of the space is definitely large enough for critters to get in. The parking situation is nothing short of an abomination. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the sheer quantity of caulk around it tells a story by itself. There was no toilet tissue in the room and it only came with two towels. The AC unit is circa 1980 and was so noisy none of us slept well. The laminate flooring had seen better days and we prudently took a broom to the place upon arrival.
The outdoor pool was okay; kids enjoyed themselves for an hour.
There is a place on earth for this establishment. But it has no business commanding this price point for what it offers relative to the rest of the world.

Rented this motel because of the price. You get what you pay for. The place is outdated and had a slightly damp musky smell. But the beds were brand new and very comfortable. Also had new flat screen tvs. Close to all the main attractions in Cavendish. I was actually expecting a lot worst since i paid less than 100$ a night. There is a mini fridge and AC in the room and was very clean. They definitely didn't splurge on the sheets but overall I was happy with what i got for the price i paid. Would return again.

Stayed for several nights. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Towels and amenities on par with 2 star motel. No fridge or microwave in room. Building is dated but efforts have been made to update. Value for rate was acceptable. If you are looking for any luxury this is not the location. Will not impress anyone. Second floor narrow walkway for room access is exterior and has personality. The staff are super and made visit acceptable.

We had to leave for family tragedy. They resold the room with no trouble. Charged us anyway despite leaving very early. Poor manners from owner considering. Oh also, with no surprise pool was broken and so was our in room hot tub. -Perry McCullum, Saint John. I will pay extra anywhere else after this.
