I loved the owner/managers. They went out of their way to make everything special and were very very helpful. They were able to upgrade us for a very small cost to a room with a view, but conveniently located to the parking lot and outside area and breakfast area. Very close to Quebec City at 1/2 the price

I booked this hotel as a stop in transit to a 1 week trip to Charlevoix.

Upon arrival, quickly noticed the facility was recently renovated. The decor was very welcoming and done very tastefully. The staff at the desk where ready for us. The room was ready. They take COVID-19 precautions seriously and the checking was done quickly. The room was very welcoming, spacious, mattress very comfortable, well equipped with a small fridge and microwave which are very convenient for our type of travel plans. Access from the back to the room makes it very easy to unload and load quickly.

The garden is really nice overlooking the St-Lawrence Seaway.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and shall return on my next trip.

Under the new name Sleep Inn & Suites,
We were VERY pleased with our stay here. Visited Quebec City and L'Isle d'Orleans. The hotel has a great location right next to the bridge to the island and 15min from the Quebec City centre.
Everything is super clean in the hotel, rooms newly renovated. Nice smell everywhere, hallways, lunch room, reception, etc.
Free parking which is nice, very well illuminated. A beautiful sitting area next to the river where you can see the tide going in and out.
There is even a fireplace and firewood provided.
Very nice and accommodating owners.
Hot Breakfast was also provided, plenty of food to start the day plus a nice view of the river from our breakfast table.
I am a diamond Choice hotels customer and travel allover Canada. This was one of the best hotels from the chain I stayed at :)

Checking at the photos from the previous review, this hotel has definitely updated and renovated. Room is spacious, stylish and contemporary. Very happy that the room had microwave and fridge.
Many hotel changed their breakfast buffet to grab bag or cancelled it altogether. Kudo to this hotel management to continue the buffet with safety measure (book time slot and use order paper to receive your food, and can re-order more if you wish). Felt safe to have breakfast at their lovely breakfast area overlooking the river.
The only drawback is that the hotel is located near the freeway, so it's a little bit noisy during the night, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is nice. The reception area is clean and efficient. The breakfast is well appointed and it is served in a nice spacious area. The bedroom was also clean and nice, looking out on the St-Laurence and Ïle d'Orleans was very nice. The bed is comfortable. We rented 3 rooms, shared amongst 4 individuals and the WiFi did not connect at all or with great difficulty for all of us. The person at the reception tired to help, but in the end we had no WiFi. Additionally, the sink in our room was clogged. I would give a rating of 3.5 stars but that does not exist. I recommend the hotel if you do not need Wifi.

Don't be fooled by this hotel's website pictures - they're VERY deceiving. It's not a luxury hotel like it appears, but more of a MOTEL. We paid way too much for the (lack of) quality and service. Disappointing from check-in: young lady at front desk didn't acknowledge us; simply asked for our name and credit card, all the while smacking her gum and sipping her coffee.
Place badly needs renovations; room doors needs repainting and are not soundproof - hallway noisy. Beds are not comfy or soft.
Breakfast was the bare minimum; they ran out of powder for hot chocolate. Lobby computer did not work at 8 a.m.; it was shut off and nobody had bothered to start it.
We will not be returning or recommending this place.

Me and my girlie pop went there for two days and the experience was unforgettable to say the least. The room is chill and the service is quite nice. The morning waffles pushed me through the day❤️ To end this review on a poetic note, if you listen to lil peep, stay at the hotel « Sleep ».

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was well done and had lots to offer. Appreciated the free 24/7 coffee bar. The staff was friendly and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Only negative, we were not able to connect any of our Apple devices to the wifi. The front desk did try to help in this regard but with no luck. They upgraded the internet security and have been having the sues ever since. This was disappointing but we would still stay here next time!

Although quite far from old Quebec it's worth the cab ride since this hotel provides excellent service, hospitality and cleanliness. Our room and bath were spotless. All the staff especially Leang and Ali are so pleasant and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was lovely. They did their best with breakfast in spite of Covid and the staff were really welcoming. The only problem is that there is nowhere nearby to eat easily. In fact nothing nearby at all. But its convenient and the view from the breakfast room out onto the water was lovely in a morning.
