Detailed Reviews
This is a very new and beautiful hotel. It is a full service property with many available amenities. That said I was just staying one night and arrived relatively late so I didn’t use much but I found that the lobby was awesome. The check in staff were polite and I noticed the request on my account (high floor room) was accommodated. This hotel looks and feels like it belongs in the downtown area of a big city so it is a nice surprise to find it in a smaller city near the highway with relatively affordable rates.
The room was very nice and well cleaned. Parking is available under the hotel (garage) and is complimentary. Staff are bilingual.
The restaurant on site (Zibo!) is a little on the pricey side especially if you are ordering to the room (service fees, delivery fees, and apparently neither of those cover tip for delivery person). Food was adequate but nothing special. There are tons of restaurants nearby though so it isn’t your only option.
Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The rooms are spacious, bright and clean
The gym and swimming pool are well appointed
The green space on the 3rd floor is a plus
The hotel is close to several good restaurants
The executive lounge for members (or for paying guests for executive rooms) is friendly, bright and has a large outdoor terrace.
The main weak point of the executive lounge is the food service offering for both evening appetizers and lunch. It was pretty basic. As a platinum elite member we had the opportunity to stay at several Marriott hotels around the world. We can say that this is the most basic lounge we have done in recent years. If you do not have status to access the lounge, I do not advise you to pay more to have access. Unless the food supply improves. Besides this negative point, this hotel is very good.

We were on our way back from a wedding in Ontario and stopped at the Sheraton in St. Hyacinthe for the night. We had my mother-in-law, so I planned to ask for an accessible room, but she also panicked when she saw how tall the building was, so when I checked in, I asked for an accessible room on a lower floor, which they gave us without issue.
The room itself was immaculate. No rugs, which was great and a window that extended around the corner of the room. Now, the view was just the mall parking lot, but it still let a lot of light.
The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We were able to park in the underground garage. The elevators were prompt and quick.
The hotel is attached to a conference center, which we didn't check out, but the whole reception area is open and very well appointed.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again, but the problem is, we won't really have much of a need, unfortunately.
No notes. Excellent hotel. Stay here without worry.

I reserved a junior suite 8 months in advance but when I arrived, the room was not available for me and I had to stay in a normal room (but paid the price of the junior suite). As a compensation they said that I would have access to the “Salon Club” but there is nothing during the week-end and I have not been told so. Honestly this salon club is a real joke and does not worst it.
We could, the day after, get the room we reserved and I should admit that the junior suite is spacious, well arranged and we appreciated it.
However, junior suite room are adjacent to elevator cage and we always hear elevators when in operation.
On top of that, this hotel is located on a location with large shopping center (galerie de st-hyacinthe) and therefore large outside parking spot. The problem here is that it ha been snowing almost everyday and the trucks and tractors were cleaning the parking from around 4:00am every morning. The noise of those machines is significant and we had problem to sleep.

This was just a stopover on our way back from our eats coast trip but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was free.
For those with Club Lounge access, I would say this is just average. While it is nicely situated on the top 17th floor with an open patio seating, it’s not much of a view in this town. The usual assortment of drinks and snacks, and I was happy they had unsweetened carbonated water. Breakfast service was nothing special with eggs as the only hot item. They had Montreal style bagels which reminded me to take a detour to St Viateur to buy a few dozens to take home.
Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property on a few occasions on the way back from Cape Breton and this stay was just as good as the others. Check in was quick and smooth as we were sent to our room on the 3rd floor which is the animal floor as we were travelling with two dogs. Upon entering the room it was spacious, fresh and clean. We booked two queens as we were travelling with our niece. The only thing we did not like due to our senior dog who has MD and struggles to keep her balance let alone walk was the carpets were removed from the third floor during covid times to help with clean up at check outs. This does make sense and would of been no issue for most. At this point I called the front desk and after speaking with one lady who passed me off to the supervisor and I explained my dogs injury’s and situation this supervisor came to the room moments later and provided me keys to another room on the 7th floor that was carpeted. I was told the 7th floor was the animal floor during the carpet removal project- this may of been why. Regardless I was thankful for the accommodation and switched room.
When we got to This room on the 7th floor it was also spacious, clean and fresh. The beds comfortable and lots of pillows. Bathroom clean, soap and shampoo provided and lots of towels for all. This hotel meet our needs again and was accommodating to our senior dog as best can, which was great!

I visited this hotel from April 17 to 20 during a COMBEQ congress. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the beautiful large, clean and super comfortable room. We had several meals during the conference and always excellent. Lots of flavor, the quality of the products and the table service team was fast, efficient and everyone had a smile. The hotel is very well located, direct access to the shopping center, lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Truly a place to discover. Congratulations to the whole team.

A beautiful, well-furnished room, very modern and clean. I appreciate different lighting options. Staff very friendly. A heated indoor pool on the third floor had several lounge chairs and towels available.
The best part in cold weather is the underground heating parking - no scraping snow off the car in the wind! And for me personally, I was happy for the adjacent shopping centre - again, not having to go out in the icy cold weather!

What a beautiful hotel! The lobby is truly magnificent and huge. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed two days for a hockey tournament and it was simply perfect! The young people were able to enjoy the swimming pool. Restaurants are all nearby. In short, a big wow!

We stayed at the hotel during a conference.
The geographical location is perfect: several restaurants nearby, shopping center accessible from the inside.
The welcome was courteous, the hall is huge, very beautiful, very modern.
Our room is a good size, very clean and functional for a 3-night stay.
The people at the hotel were very attentive, smiling and warm.
The meals were good (we were really busy, so a small downside).
Our conference was well organized by the president but I am sure that there was good collaboration from the hotel.
Negative points: small hotel bar with only one waitress: during busy times, I felt sorry for her! And an elevator was not accessible, frustration at rush hour!
Otherwise, everything was very good and I would return there for a personal trip, without hesitation!
