This place nearly destroyed a long-anticipated birthday escape to Valle de Guadalupe. From the time we arrived on Friday afternoon and were barely greeted by the snippy receptionist who couldn't be bothered to get off his social call to check us in for several minutes to the time we left on Sunday morning, when again he couldn't have been less...

For the price, I expected a better-maintained facility. I realize this is Wine Country, but this property just doesn't command resort-level prices. We visited in December, and the roads leading to the property were barely passable. This meant that the only option for eating was their on-site restaurant. The roads were so bad that if we left to find a...

We stayed there in December. It rained and the rain came in our room. The heated was not enough and we huddled in the bed to stay warm at night. We asked for another room and they did not have one. Also, the roof leaked on the breakfast service. Nice people and good service, but the building is bad.

Our room was small and right under the kitchen for $200??? And nothing great or fancy. Never again. Long bumpy gravel road to the place. Hard to find. No address. Good luck after sundown. Staff so so helpful. We found a lot better options for a lot less money.

This is a beautiful property with lots of green spaces and views of the vineyards. The rooms are nicely minimalist but the shoddy construction shows. We were only there one night and reserved a wine tour the next day at 11. After 45 minutes waiting for our transport, we left on our own because the lost the keys to the...

The place was beautiful, quiet and clean. I went for my anniversary and liked it a lot. The horse riding was pretty nice, it was around the Vineyard. There's a fooseball so that was awesome for entertainment. The pool was clean and pretty. The restaurant is delicious but a bit pricey. The only things I didn't like was that the...

The Baja Norte wine country tends to be over priced in my experience. This hotel is. Via T/A and booking.com your room is $147. Walk in without that booking and the quote was $275. When I showed them my phone quote they told me to book via T/A in the lobby for the lower price although the people were pleasant...

The grounds were immaculate, the restaurant food and service were great. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It's in a great location near many of the wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

The grounds on this hotel are nice but the rooms are very small and nothing to write home about. It is way over priced in our opinion at 250 per night. We have pain less back in the states for a bigger and nicer room. And we don't mind paying that amount for a decent place. We also felt the...

This hotel invites you to meditate, eat great food and have a good glass of wine. All the areas have amazing views. I was happy and relaxed during my stay. The service is great and the rooms are nice and clean.
