Advertised air conditioning..........claimed it was out of order. No handicap accessibility! Unconcerned staff. Huge mess up at check out, failed to refund the $1300 they charged on our card at check in!

Stayed in March with 2 teen boys during spring break. We all enjoyed the pool, view of lake, food decent, nice staff people in restaurant. Easy access to everything we needed. Spent days in Chapala, San Juan Cosala, and San Antonio.

It’s a peaceful and safety place. And it’s very easy to get there if you pick a cab in the GDL airport. Just be sure your driver knows the zone, or has a good GPS. Saludos!
