The hotel itself is fine and the location can't be beaten, but man, do these guys need to up their game. We stayed for 2 nights and basically the place was a ghost town while we were there. Here is a list of the things that went wrong during our stay: - No hot water on arrival or the second...

This is a fantastic little oasis where from the end of the road the Pyramid of the Sun can be seen. It has a small clean outdoor pool, a lovely little outdoor seating area and inside the rooms are like small cool caves with little niches where the beds are. All in all we had a fab stay - Don't...

As the other reviewers have noted, this hotel has a great location. We found the staff to be very nice and the bartender Hector was fun and poured the drinks with a heavy hand. The food in the restaurant was delicious with some surprises, like the green juice "el verde" that was juice of spinach, celery and cactus. Our room...

Having visited the three Villas Arqueologicas in the Yucatan we knew exactly what to expect in term of room standard, hotel layout etc. However the standard of service is definitely lower than in the Yucatan - maybe as a result of the transfer of management from Club Med. Breakfast pre-paid through the website costs approx $35 per person - we...

The ruins are amazing, the hotel is average .The first suite they showed me had over 20 full time resident mosquitoes in it . And then the power failed in the room - did they have a plan ? alternative lights ? nothing. The front desk are some of the most unhelpful, evasive hotel staff i have ever encountered -...

These rooms are simply beautiful. We had a wondeful time and really enjoyed spending time there. The location is fantastic - lots of tourists pile on their buses to Mexico City at 3pm and if you are staying at this hotel you can stay much longer then stroll home. The shower is fantastic. The only down side was the restaurant......
