My sister and I just returned from our second trip to Tonala. This property was easy walking distance to the Thursday market vendors. It was surprisingly quiet in our room, which was on the back, non-street side of the hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All furnishings are...

While visiting my parents in Mazatlan, we all decided to take a few days to visit Tonala, see the sights and check out the market........Sunday and Thursday are market days, where all the vendors sell their wares........to tourists, shop owners and beach vendors from all around. My folks had stayed at Casa de las Paloma on other occasions and we...

Wonderful hotel.... Great location, lots of signs to direct you there, big parking area. Lobby is simple but upstairs you have 2 floors which are nicely detailed with spacious rooms. Big rooms, comfy beds and even the pillows were pretty good.Everything in the hotel is spotless, halls, rooms, stairwells, even the roof top sitting area. Nice views of the town...

This was the perfect location for us we only stayed one night but it was still a great choice.we got there Saturday morning and enjoyed the large beds plus the a.c. and fan, my boyfriend is a fan of having both on at the same time. We chose this hotel because it was a short walking distance to the Mexican...

Very nice basic hotel, large clean quiet rooms, helpful staff. The roof top patio has a great view. Our next visit will be on non-market days as there is just too many vendors now selling anything but artistic things. Enclosed parking is a real plus at the hotel.

This hotel is walking distance to shopping. It had secure parking and was very clean. The non-smoking room was pretty basic but comfortable. There's a nice rooftop terrace. There's no restaurant so bring snacks and be prepared to dine out. Our king room with airconditioning was just 480 pesos. Great find!

We have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is walking distance to the Plaza and to the weekly market. The hotel has covered parking and is quite secure. The hotel is about five years old. The rooms are clean and well designed. As with most hotels in Mexico there is a shortage of electrical outlets. The rooms rent...

We went to Tonala for the markets and returned because of the Hotel. Covered parking inside. Staff excellent and friendly, very little English, rooms spacious, very comfortable beds with line dried sheets (saw them on the roof) Lots of hot water, large showers, only about 20 rooms, some with windows, excellent roof sightseeing opportunities. Horrible coffee, no restaurant. Good restaurant...

This hotel is very nice. It is very clean and the sheets smell so fresh. Nice and close to the town centre and if you chose to go to the city market. We would definatly stay here again. Oh yes they also have parking if you brought your car.
