No, that is a Cuban thing. But, you need your exit visa. When you come in, you fill in 2 halves of a form, saying how you are travelling, where you live, and where you will be staying in Mexico. They take half as you clear... More
No, that is a Cuban thing. But, you need your exit visa. When you come in, you fill in 2 halves of a form, saying how you are travelling, where you live, and where you will be staying in Mexico. They take half as you clear immigration coming in, and give you the other half, don't lose it. When you leave they take it back.
