We unfortunately stayed here for only one night. The room was perfectly clean, the A/C and fan worked silent, the pool was of perfect temperature and we slept wonderful since all the rooms lead to the inner side of the house and you don't hear any noise of the roads. Tunich Beh is located centrally and right across the road...

We only stayed one night, but was very impressed with the beautiful building. It wasn't expensive and the staff was friendly. We could also park our rental car inside their gate (not like it's a dangerous place, but still just feels better). Good location.

I made our reservation through Tripadvisor after visiting the hotel's site. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were given a small piece of paper with do's and don'ts in English as none of the staff speak any English. Neither on Tripadvisor nor on the hotel's website there was any mention of it being a smoke free hotel, otherwise I would...

We came over from Puerto Morelos mid Feburary 2016. Easy bus ride from downtown Cancun to downtown Valladolid and just a couple blocks walk from bus station to Hotel Tunich Beh. The hotel was all good....nice staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice pool, great gardens and breakfast room. Easy walk to city center, convent, good restaurants and markets. Very quiet at...

This beautiful "Hacienda style" Inn is nicely situated at the beginning of "Calzada de Los Frailes", our favorite street in Valladolid. Bucolic and beautiful, the grounds lend themselves to lazy reading punctuated by the occasional dip in the pristine pool. Raphael and his crew are at your service- never intrusive but always helpful. Breakfast in the "Great Room" offered up...

It's a nice place for a night stay. It's located close to Ado bus terminal and makes it easy to commute between hotel and the bus terminal. The breakfast was nice, they made eggs fresh for us. The pool was nice and inside. Although we made our booking using credit card through tripadvisor, they didn't charge the card. Upon arrival,...

We stayed five nights at Tunich Beh in January - the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the bus station and main square. There are also a number of good restaurants located on the same road as the hotel. Everything is within an easy walking distance. The room was large with good storage space...

We stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas and were very pleased. The room was large, clean and super quiet. We particularly enjoyed using the pool, which was kept very clean, after tours during the day. The breakfast was continental but you could also order eggs anyway which we thought was splendid. The location of the hotel is great, just...

Stayed one night in mid November. Got exceptional value for money with best bed in Mexico. The friendly host personally made us brakfast with eggs though we were the only ones there. Very clean and close to the ADO station.

I had only one day in Valladolid and I felt very comfortable to stay in hotel Tunich Beh. I like the architecture of the hotel so much, it's very beautiful, and quiet at night. All things in the room are very clean and nice. The swimming pool is right in front of the room, also there are many interesting corners...

“There are only 8 or 9 rooms at Hotel Tunich Beh, all tucked in a reversed L-shape row house in the back of the hotel facing the nice pool. Very quiet and tranquil, a world away from the heat and noise from Valladoid's central square area yet only 10 minutes walk from there. Room 1 to 6 have window with direct view of the inviting pool. (I stayed in Room 6).”
