We stayed 4 nights as we felt so comfortable here and did day trips to Coba and Chichen Itza. Staff are helpful and rooms very clean, water and a basic breakfast are served upstairs on the terrace and there is a fridge and kitchen area. It always felt very safe

The place is very well located and attractively priced. The room is clean and basic. Overall the hotel is somewhat anonymous and has little atmosphere. The breakfast was really disappointing, luckily just around the corner there is great place where they serve excellent coffee.

Hi, thanks for staying with us for the comment. The courtesy of the morning consists of coffee, tea, pastries and fruit. Soon we serve hot breakfasts. Yes, we are surrounded by excellent places where delicious local food is served. Thanks and regards. More

We stayed in a triple room for just 2 nights while we went to Chechen Itza and enjoyed the great little town of Valladolid. The room was clean and just enough room for us. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and adequate but be early as its gone quickly. Loved the town and found the hotel perfect for... More

Stayed in one of standard rooms. Basic, but nice beds, AC and shower with very good pressure. Breakfast is only some sweet rolls, apples and black tea, so no need to wake up for that. Location is perfect, just one block from ADO bus station and central markets. Restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is good... More

Hi, thanks for staying with us and for the time to leave your comment. One of the goals is to keep costs down, giving a fair cost-value. Thinking for travelers who expect the hotel for a good rest with basic, efficient and clean facilities. By now the morning courtesy consists of bread, fruit, coffee or tea, we will soon begin... We stayed 2 nights here, it's a great affordable stop for budget travellers. Near the bus station and easy walk around town to everything. The wifi connection was ok, great air con and everything clean and room has a small safe. It's exact cash in pesos only on arrival, no change! Our room had a small lockable courtyard with a... More

Centrally located, near to the main square, bus station, collectivo stop for Chichen Itza, and Cenote Zaci. Free water and kitchen upstairs, with roof patio to hang out with other guests. Clean and quiet room.

Although location is great, around the corner from the bus station and from the main square, my room was nothing similar to what they show in the pictures. Rather, it looked like a jail room, terrible!. Obviously, no a/c, poor wifi signal, and ton of noise from the street. Overall, the hotel is so so basic, that you'll be better... More

Nice clean rooms, hospitable staff, continental breakfast on the terrace of 2nd floor. All at a very economical price. Thanks Hotel Maria Guadalupe! The stairs were a problem for me because of mobility issues and no hand rails, but there was always staff there to assist me.

Thank you very much for staying with us. I send a sincere apology for the lack of railings, I have tried to keep the original design (functionalist), which is "extremely basic". But I have to admit it has its rough side. Thank you very much for the opportunity to serve you. More
