The best hotel for miles. I have been a regular guest for the past two years and I have nothing but positive feedback for the team at The Old Palace Lodge. They have made it feel like my home from home, food is excellent, rooms consistently immaculate, internet speeds great for work, lovely gym and the management invest in the...

We had an executive family room which was clean comfortable and a good size. It is an old Historic hotel with character. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced in our opinion. The main downside of this hotel is that there is no outside space.

The customer service was very good. The price was reasonable, location is o.k and near the main routes, but be aware there is traffic and lights everywhere (not the hotels fault). The car park for the hotel is temporary but not well sign posted and the car park was full so be aware of you checking in times !!! the...

Be aware that at the moment there is limited parking due to building works. All Hotel staff were very helpful. Our room was reasonably comfortable & clean. Floorboards in the room above make it sound like they are Morris dancing in boots. Unfortunately the hotel is not very good for the less mobile, far too many steps inside. Food was...

I stayed one night in this Hotel when visiting a friend for his 50th birthday party. The receptionist was friendly enough when we arrived and booked us in quickly. Went off to find our room, the Hotel is a bit jiggly wiggly, it has obviously had extension added over the years, not sure if there is a lift. The room...

Initial impression from outside disappointing. Premises under renovation. Had everything we required. Room very tidy and spacious, beds large & comfortable. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Only negative points are walls seem thin & lift is "snug". Definitely worth the money.

Stayed 4 nights and was satisfied with most aspects of my stay. Room was nice size and with a good bathroom. Pleasant atmosphere decent bed, calm nights, good temperature indoors, fine breakfast with plenty to choose from. Need a little paint here and there and some small repairs to make it perfect. But still a very nice hotel.

TBH parking was very restricted because of work to the existing car park but we were assured there will be ample parking once work is completed. The hotel has been recently refurbished and to a very good standard. The staff were welcoming and efficient. There is a pleasant and well stocked bar. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean and...

I travel to Dunstable a lot for work and I have stayed in the OPL many times before. I booked a room about 3-4 weeks before my arrival as usual but at 16:00 that day I received a phone call to say, my booking was cancelled. I was given no explination and not offered a room anywhere else. I ended...
