In good Locations, near all Transportation Means. Helpful Staff, who will handle any problems one may have. Food is not bad either, a bit pricey, but overall not bad as one would expect. Free Parking which is fair, not like The Travel Lodges which charges £3 per day. & Last but not least a decent night's kip/zzz's which makes one...

Very Comfortable, for the couple of nights stay we had. Very central for the area, whether you are shopping, or visiting/leisure activities. Heating in room needed to be warmer. Great Little Hotel ***

Very good premier inn with rooms spotlessly clean. Good sized comfy bed and pillows. Large room and very quiet despite being on a very busy road junction. Attached table table more than adequate and breakfast cooked fresh with good choice.

This is becoming our regular stop in Luton either to head North or to visit local friends. It is well-placed, clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the car park on our latest visit. Clare welcomed us on arrival, and promptly provided the extra towels and milk we asked for, and for the rest of our stay...

Great value for money - had what looked like a refurbished room which was spacious and comfortable - I would have said good but Tripadvisor goes from average to very good? Receptionist friendly and car parking was free and plenty of spaces. Would recommend as you know what you are getting.

We stayed at this Premier Inn effectively as refugees from the horrendous traffic on the M1 and deciding the remaining 40 miles home could take hours which our 2 year old already at the threshold of her patience was unlikely to appreciate...! I've been in a few Premier Inns and they're all basically the same with some slightly nicer than...

Have family living nearby and it has always been an easy way to stay near in a clean safe premier inn. Rooms always very clean and comfy beds. Always have the breakfast as the kids eat free and the quality and choice is always very good. The staff work hard to make your stay as best as they can.

Very poor in all aspects more so with little heating in the room the reception and welcome was very poor with little or no concern for our wellbeing the room was very cold with only a small oil filled radiator to heat the room

It was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Coat hangers we're broken so had to report that. The breakfast service was a bit hit-or-miss but not awful. We would return if in area and needed accommodation.

Nice rooms, clean, well made with fast internet. The building is not great, but the hotel is covering: During a stay with very warm weather they provided extra thin covers for the bed - a great change to the air-coed hotels causing cold. During colder nights you also find a nice extra blanket to keep you warm. The hotel has...
