The was an excellent kick start I went along not quite sure what to expect without having exercised for some months overweight and a mega coffee fiend. It was incredibly hard work. Have been to other bootcamps, paid twice as much money and accommodation not as good as this one. Little Steve boxer ...big Steve woo woo awesome dance classes..bit of Tina turner Michael Jackson etc.. Richard and then Chris Absolutely awesome trainers professional but good fun and motivational. Having recently completed a six day bootcamp, and initially was very scared but absolutely loved it. The trainers were great and food was really good. Really yummy.
