I went for a 2 hour pottery class for my birthday outing. I enjoyed every minute of it; learning about the history of it and how to do different styles, particularly the wheel. The owners are very welcoming and make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend visiting. It is very peaceful. If you want the pieces of pottery...

We have stayed here on quite a few occasions while we are house hunting. It is always a pleasure and nothing is too much trouble for Kate and Howard. The rooms are so very comfy and we are always assured of a good nights sleep. The surroundings are great for watching nature and our little dog loves her walks. We...

We stayed here for 1 night following a dog walk and some dinner - as we arrived we were greeted by Howard and found out they too had the same dog as us! We were shown to our room, large and extremely clean with everything you could possibly need and the bathroom was lovely with a huge bath. The bed...

Kate and Howard are perfect hosts, we had a facinating tour of Kate's pottery before we left. Excellent accomodation, chocolate bars as well as tea and coffee, a cracking breakfast, my wife is a vegitarian, this was no problem at all, fresh bread still warm from the bread maker and proper coffee. Howard provided directions via email though our garmin...

We had a very friendly welcome from Kate and the very handsome Fitz! Comfortable rooms, with every attention to detail. Such a treat to wake up to wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, and the sound of all the different birds. Howard's breakfast was superb, with so much choice - followed by the full English and even home made bread...

The first thing to say [as the title of my review implies] is that this is not the place to stay if you want to be close to town. Every significant town - Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Wisbech is about 15-20 minutes away by car. There are couple of villages closer at hand. That said if you don't mind being...

Howard provided detailed instructions to find our way to Bodger's Farm so it was not difficult. We were greeted by Fitz the dog on arrival closely followed by Howard. Our room was spacious and had everything we required. The bathroom across the hallway was clean and stocked with bath/shower/shampoo gels etc. Breakfast was a very generous feast! Yoghurts and cereals...

My colleague and I were wonderfully restored and nourished by our stay with Howard and Kate. Peaceful beautiful location, generous and warm welcome, lovely and clean rooms, and absolutely the most wonderful and unforgettable breakfast - a veritable feast. Looking forward to another opportunity to return.
