I have been to Crewe Hall twice now and have been very happy with it apart from the restaurant service on our second visit. If you look at all the complaints there all about the service received at the restaurant. Our first visit was fine but the restaurant was empty then. Our second visit we had to wait approximately 1...

Overnight stay, very impressed. The hotel certainly has the wow factor! THe staff are lovely - super attentive / friendly and the food is excellent. My room was in the new part of the hotel and was lovely. Very clean, super sized bed - perfect. The breakfast was a good offer, the coffee good quality. The evening meal and lunch...

Stayed for two nights. Put in the "new wing" in an OK room. A/C was noisy and not obvious how to control it. My main problem was the restaurant. Despite several staff and few diners, the service was terrible. We ordered 3 starters and got 2. We waited a long time and ended up unable to remedy the problem. We...

My sister and I had a Travel Zoo voucher purchased for us as a gift. Due to special circumstances we were unable to utilise all the spa facilities. We spoke with the hotel and Spa staff. I am delighted to say that we had an absolutely fabulous day. We arrived at 12.00 for a pre-booked Afternoon Tea and were not...

We stayed in the Tower Suite, what a fantastic place and setting. Lovely food in the restaurant and great service. The original building is such a beautiful historic building. Tastefully utilised without destroying the historic aspects. The Tower suite is at the top of the building with a lounge in the actual tower. Fantastic views all around.

This was a very pleasant experience. The landscape and the building design are breathtaking. The teas was lovely and the experience of having 'afternoon tea' was very memorable. The location great for a quiet afternoon or for a quiet meeting - the ambiance is quite fitting. The property surrounding the main building is available for you to explore at your...

We stayed in 2 different rooms, a normal double room and a VIQ room. The VIQ room was so much nicer, we had room 4132 which was at the end of the corridor in the West wing. The room was massive and so bright due to having floor to ceiling windows. The kingsize bed which was a dream to sleep...

We visitied here last weekend as my wife had been bought Afternoon Tea for 2 as a birthday present that we needed to use before the voucher ran out. We have been to Crewe Hall in the past for Weddings but never eaten here. The setting is amazing. Beautiful surroundings. Really cool Wayne Towers style gothic mansion. Afternoon tea is...

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. It has a long road leading up too a lovely building! When we checked in (around 6pm) the staff were more than helpful and friendly. My boyfriend upgraded the room to an amazing 4 post bed room simply because we wanted to stay in the older part rather than the new, it was so...

One of the Q Hotels, it is perhaps their most impressive with a winding drive leading to the main hotel which is quite magnificent. We have stayed there several times and enjoyed the benefits of a Q VIP room with daily stocked mini bar and other extras which make the stay extra special. The Spa and pool are lovely and...
