The lodge is beautiful. Lots of space and all the facilities needed when on a business trip. The staff are very hospitable regardless of which time of the day or night it is. The food is great and served to a very high class standard. Noticed it had a lot of function space and ample parking available. Will definetly recommend...

Had a wonderful time taking in afternoon tea at the Hunters Lodge hotel. Beautifully set out, room layout spacious and pristine tablecloths, crockery and cutlery. We had prosecco and a lovely mocktail set up on arrival. Lovely choice of sandwiches and cakes and pots of tea and coffee. Friendly, warm yet unobtrusive service. A few of us stayed for dinner...

Had a fantastic evening at this lovely hotel. Food was amazing, served by pleasant staff who couldnt do enough for us, which is quite rare these days I find! The bedroom was perfect for an overnight stay & the breakfast was more than adequate. We will definitely return here in the not too distant future.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a working away stay and was total value for money. Did not go for breakfast but the bed was comfortable, there were ample parking spaces and will visit again if in the area and want somewhere to stay.

We stayed here overnight on Boxing Day and booked a family room which was well equipped and spacious in the modern block. The furniture was well designed with everything you could want provided and good quality. Breakfast was a good standard English served by a helpful young man. The dining room is very traditional in design with heavy drapes, patterned...

Attended here as part of a works Xmas meal. I chose a four poster room for my partner and I and it was huge! The decor is very old worldy but was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food at the dinner was lovely and staff couldn't do enough for us. It was an extremely pleasant evening. Breakfast the next day was...

I've just been to a Christmas Party at the Hunters Lodge which I organised for 25 people and everyone has given great feedback. Beforehand, I had to amend the numbers and food requirements which they dealt with easily. On the day the food was really good, the tables were layed out nicely and the bar and disco were good. Very...

The food was gorgeous and beautifully presented. The staff were lovely. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced. The atmosphere in here is good as background music played but we could still hear each other so you could have a full conversation. There is a good choice of vegetarian food here and all diets are catered for. Well worth a...
