Stayed overnight after attending a friends wedding and can't think anything to bad to say about Premier Inn Crewe West. Location was good for Rookery Hall where the wedding was, rooms were nice - spacious and comfy, breakfast was great value for money and staff were all friendly. If we had a reason to be in the area again I...

Really warm welcome when we arrived. Cheekily asked could we have a room in the newly built extension, which was dealt with speedily. Room very clean and tidy and although on a main junction (Premier Inn do point this out to you on their web-site) quiet. I have just about to hear the traffic, well in the background as I...

We arrived last Saturday for one night, a stop of on our way to Manchester! Welcoming staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds too. Couldn't fault it for the price we paid! The restaurant attached to hotel was very busy Saturday evening so we took a five minute walk to local pub! Lovely food...

Stayed one night and was very comfortable and clean, it has a Beefeater restaurant attached so didn't need to go outside, decent sized television and good location, dinner at the Beefeater was very good, we did pre book a table, which was good as it was very busy.

The staff at this hotel (and the attached Beefeater restaurant) are willing to bend over backwards to help. When we booked we were unaware that this hotel has no lift. No problem! We immediately were switched to a ground floor room of the same standard. The restaurant staff were more than willing to cater to my wife's off-menu tastes with...

We generally stay at premier inns when we travel and rarely have a problem. When we arrived at this one I specifically asked for quiet room away from road noise. I fell asleep quickly as I was exhausted but was woken in the early hours by the noise of the traffic at the roundabout near the windows, and couldn't get...

Stayed here for one night for a last minute valentines night away, the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us get more coffee for the room and to book an evening table at the beef eater and for breakfast. The room was as expected, very comfortable with everything such as hairdryer, towels and tea and coffee facilities....
