Excellent place to stay, well laid out, personalised and cherished. Views here are great, and you are a field away from Jodrell Bank Observatory ✔️ Even though I missed the flight, this was a major bonus.

We had 2 nights here. It was great! Anne is so kind, the food was delicious, lots of choice, room spotless and warm and the bed was so comfy. We visited Jodrell Bank but there are lots of places to see in the area. We will visit again and really recommend it.

Very nice farm stay right under the shadow of Jodrell bank telescope. The double room was very comfortable with a newly refurbished en-suit. Breakfast was something to die for with plenty of choices, suggest you try the Cheshire oat cake with cheese and bacon, yummy. Mine host made sure our stay went without hitch.

Not sure I can add any more to what has already been said. Anne is excellent host and the rooms and Breakfast are great. The nearest Bar and Restaurant are about a mile away so if you don't want to walk or drive, organise a taxi well in advance. Very handy for a visit to Jodrell Bank.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the last couple of months either for one or two nights at a time, because of working nearby. It is friendly, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfasts are good with reasonable choice. I will very likely stay here again and would recommend it.

I stayed here for one night to go to a party nearby. The owners were going out at the time I needed to arrive, but we sorted the key to be left by phone. It was clear that it was going to be a friendly and individually tailored experience. It is a beautiful working farm, comfortable, super room, all amenities,...

We stopped over here for just one night almost 4 weeks ago enroute from near Motherwell to near Didcot in Oxfordshire. We wish we could have stayed longer it is such a beautiful spot in quiet countryside but easy distance from the M6. We arrived early afternoon in order to visit Jodrell Bank which is very close by and worked...

We booked three rooms for two nights whilst attending a wedding. Really warm welcome and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the position is very peaceful, breakfast delicious, bathroom with all that one needs. Cleanliness - impeccable. The gardens are superb. Price very reasonable. I'd not hesitate to stay again. Excellent!

Stayed for 3 nights and had the most comfortable stay. Made very welcome on arrival. Bed very comfortable and slept exceptionally well. Peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads. Breakfast is made to order. All ingredients fresh and beautifully cooked. I will definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family if they ever visit this area.

We booked the B&B at the last minute for the Rewind festival, after being let down last minute by other accommodation. The location is beautiful. We struggled getting a taxi to and from the Festival, but I should of been more organised on my part. Anne was lovely, and very helpful. Everywhere was immaculate, and breakfast was beautiful, with a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to Bridge Farm our 400 year old farmhouse set in peaceful Cheshire countryside. We have lived here for 25 years and take great pride in the Bed and Breakfast accommodation we offer. Set away from the road in lush fields it makes the perfect place to get away and relax. Enjoy our award winning breakfasts and attractive rooms. Marvel at the famous Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope set in the fields behind the farm. Nearby are many attractions, National Trust properties, quiet villages, quality pubs, great walking and stylish shops, all just 3 miles from the M6, J18. At our recent Quality in Tourism inspection we were thrilled to have our hard work acknowledged with a Silver award to add to our 4-Star Grading plus a Breakfast Award recognising our quality local produce. ... more   less
