I was visiting from the US on business with meetings in Crewe and Stoke on Trent. My hosts booked me into The Cheshire Cat in Nantwich. The hotel is very old with tons of character but the hotel rooms are in a newly built section just through a small courtyard adjacent to the old section. The rooms are quiet and...

The room was small but was saved by the bed which was very comfortable and that saved the day. The bathroom was nice enough with just a shower but overall it felt claustrophobic. The food in the evening was nicely presented but for me not appealing enough for me to enjoy. The bar area is nice and welcoming and the...

To be honest this is not the hotel I thought I had booked until I arrived and realised there are two Cheshire Cat hotels in the Chester area but in the end I wasn't disappointed the hotel is well presented the rooms were modern and stylish and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast offered good quality food, the only downside...

Good selection of cocktails and reasonable price. Details applied and served with class. Very busy but still have time for customers. Busy outdoor area but charming when you get a seat. Friendly staff. Quaint pub inside but like a tarsus as its huge inside!!!!

Stayed for a simple overnight stay, with a very early morning start.. Lovely room (reminiscent of a Paris Boutique Hotel), very comfortable beds, plenty of equipment (fan, iron & board, trouser press, tea-making facilities) and a huge wet-room with powerful shower. In a nutshell - excellent room. Our only complaint was that we were in a room with a window...

This is a quirky hotel rooms are comfortably furnished, at the back of lively bar & restaurant Cheshire Cat. Great for a weekend stay - we stayed because we were attending a wedding locally & the prices are really reasonable for the price of the room - cheaper than a premier inn including breakfast in most cases. We have stayed...

Room clean and comfortable. Disco in the hotel till 1am made it noisy. The breakfast menu stated croissant (not available) and freshly ground coffee which it certainly was not! We sent the first coffee back and the second was equally undrinkable. When brought up with the manager he stated that it was made in the coffee machine in the bar...

Beautiful building - very quirky, very historic - although we actually stayed in one of the mews apartments adjacent to the pub. Nice apartment with double bedroom, sofa bed in lounge, separate kitchen and separate wetroom. Clean, good facilities, and offered value for money. We couldn't work out how to turn off the underfloor heating so it was stifling hot...

Although the main building dates back to the 1700's (possibly even earlier) and is full of Oak beans and character the accommodation we used was in a new annex and had all the modern facilities you would expect. The staff were friendly and attentive and we were made to feel very welcome. The private car park behind the hotel was...
