It's a beautiful location you wouldn't think you are so close to the M6. I would suggests that you keep on texting or phoning until action is taken, remember bad publicity travels a lot faster than good (people love to moan about things), but once the rectification have been made,then Pass on the improvements to potential customers. It's. Like our recent visit very good evening dinner, very poor breakfast. How can the two be so different? This goes for the service brilliant at night, cant be bothered at breakfast. This all comes down to the management and their respective sections to look after. It goes without saying no customers no hotel the choice is yours. Please do not let it be the latter. Hope this post has helped.
Hi I gave a bad review for this place as it was awful they replied saying they would like to discuss my stay and could they have a contact number so I emailed them as requested.....I'm still waiting!! Says a lot doesn't it!!
