Our room was a lovely size, as was the bathroom. The hotel itself was pristine and the staff were pleasant, particularly the receptionist Phil who was more than happy to answer any queries. The breakfast in the morning was good, the staff were very helpful and even brought it to our room for us. The only slight issue was the...

This was meant to be a enjoyable quiet evening with my girlfriend and our dog. The location was ideal as it was half an hour away from Chester. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was too cold to venture outside. The restaurant itself was cold anyway, we were literally the only 2 people in the restaurant. All...

This hotel is run on minimal lines - heating controlled by reception, lighting controlled, food - well whose heard of hotel that doesn't keep cheese, or can't give you a saucer with your cup because other guests have got them. However staff Harry and Callum did their best - thanks lads. Can you believe tea/coffee was called a 4th course...

As a coach driver l took 37 people to this hotel for what was supposed to be a perfect Christmas break. In truth it was without doubt the worst experience l have had in nearly twenty years of touring. No welcome, no Christmas atmosphere, no entertainment, average food, chaotic service from inexperienced staff and worst of all a totally couldn'...

Had to wait 25 mins at bar on arrival to try and get a drink. Tables squashed together in long lines, couldn't move. Felt like sardines and very uncomfortable. Asked if I could have jug of water, told to go bar to get myself but couldn't get out as packed in tight. Had to go queue for car very, stood...

Of course not this is Widness not Florida. Everglades here means on the outskirts of town, handy for some major roads and abutting a modern housing estate. For those familiar with Best Western the hotel is nothing special. For those not then this is a modern, well equipped comfortable hotel. Stayed here over the weekend as part of a tour...

To be honest I have attended lots of work party nights over the years and this was the worst one for a number of reasons. The intinery for the evening when we booked early in 2016 was as follows: Free flowing prosecco Truth we formed an orderly queue for over 25 mins for one glass. Unlimited Canapés One small plate...
