Simon, thank you very much indeed for taking the time to pass on your observations after your recent stay. We do have a varied mixture of bedroom accomodation within the hotel and the Deluxe rooms are significantly more spacious. Your positive remarks on the staff is very pleasing to us all. This was confirmed recently by a hotel inspector who marked us at 92% for hospitality and friendliness, which is 5 star standard. The full inspection rated the hotel with a 82% quality score with a Silver award. This positions the hotel in the higher end of the 4 Star category which is 70 - 84%. We do hope that you will stay with us on your next visit to West Cumbria.Kindest regards, Keith.
