I was given a very friendly welcome by the manager and he was willing to help with everything! Breakfast very good and it is in a great location to get into Belper and the surrounding area. Bedroom and whole building was clean and tidy and bed comfy for the one night stay.

The room had a very strong fusty / damp smell and was tired and in need of a good clean. The en-suite was mouldy, the shower head was filthy and the folding door to the en-suite was dirty. There was no instructions on how to use the shower and the power was switched off. The breakfast was ok but because...

I visited here for business a trip as it's conveniently located near the train station. The staff were very helpful and the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the portions were generous in comparison to previous places I have stayed. I would certainly come back here as it's great value...

We travelled to Belper to visit family and had been recommended to use the Mirabelle. We weren't disappointed and enjoyed a great welcome from Sam and Gary. Our warm, cosy room was on the ground floor, which had an extremely comfy bed with plenty of extra blankets in the wardrobes "just in case." The tea and coffee was replenished each...

The rooms were a good size, breakfast was ok. The conditions of the room? well they were freezing cold as the owner had only put on the heating when we arrived after it not being on for 6 weeks. Even the mattresses were so old they felt damp. We were with to sets of friends too and there rooms were...

We had 3 rooms for an overnight stay as we were visiting relatives in the area. B&B was in a good location, breakfast was great. Sam, Manager was very attentive. Lovely large rooms but in need of some modernisation with decor and wiring sorting out - a few dodgy plugs.

I stayed as a member of a 4 piece band who were recording in Belper. The booking was made with the help of the studio. We arrived at 10PM and called Sam who came top meet us straight away. A very friendly man he showed us our rooms and gave us our keys so we could come and go as...

Sam could not have been more helpful when we stayed at the Mirabelle, Gary did a good job in the kitchen. The Mirabelle is in an excellent location, with parking. Sam gave us all a front door key, so we could come and go as we wanted.

A very friendly and well-run hotel - clean and comfortable, with a particularly delicious full English breakfast in the mornings! A minute's walk from the town centre, but peaceful and quiet - highly recommended!

I can't thank Sam enough. Sam went above and beyond what was expected to help me out during my stay and I am so very grateful for everything that Sam done for me. A true gentleman. If I'm ever in Belper again, I definitely know where I will be staying! The breakfast was delicious (thank you Gary) and my room...
