The hotel was very clean and the breakfast offering good however I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay purely because it offered a pool, sauna and steam room. On the first night of my stay I was warned when entering the spa area that the pool was cold. The pool was indeed cold. It was ok as-long as you were actively swimming but you couldn’t relax in it. The sauna not working at all. The following night I went to swim only to find the pool, sauna and steam room all closed. As I previously stated I booked this hotel as opposed to other cheaper hotels nearer my destination because of the pool & spa facilities and was very disappointed that these were not available to me. I am a member of the Radisson club and have had no issues in the past however I will certainly think twice about using this Radisson hotel in the future.…
I stayed at this hotel as I had an early morning meeting at East Midlands Airport. Great location, and only 5 mins drive from terminal. Parking was charged at £6 per night. Room was modern and clean. Tea and Coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, iron etc. Room service menu was available. A margarita pizza cost around £18. You could also opt to eat in the restaurant downstairs, but had to be booked. Fitness centre was clean and a great feature for an airport hotel. I used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Towels provided.
Never been disappointed by this hotel. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely with good sized bathrooms. The restaurant does a great evening meal and the buffet breakfasts are amazing.
Super hotel to stay night before flight. Convenient for EMA and transfers arranged. Staff attentive and efficient. Food in restaurant very good. The swimming pool is lovely and the sauna very large. It was easy to arrange car parking for the time away on holiday.
The hotel was fine the business facilities were great. The pool is small but useful but my biggest problem is the bar! A pint of alcoholic beer was £5.70 which is absolutely fine but a small bottle of non alcoholic cobra beer was £5.20 yes that’s correct £5.20! The excuse for the price is that they have increased the price due to dry January so trialling it. Basically they are abusing the fact that people are trying not to drink! They don’t advertise the cost either!! Only after if ordered did I realise. Absolutely disgusted with the managements pricing on this and I’ll avoid the hotel in future
I would like to say how brilliant the hotel and the staff are to all there guests and quick to sort out any issues if have been any. The room was really clean and tidy. I had a lovely girl, Emily from housekeeping help me with what I needed and cleaned my room. Lovely staff and brilliant hotel, highly recommended.
very impressed with service and how the staff resolved an issues with loss of electricity in my room. I was moved to a very nice upgraded room. Breakfast and evening very nice and great service. Very pleased. Thank you
Great hotel, cosy room, staff very friendly, good prices for room service. Pool area could be made a bit more inviting, pretty basic but clean. Breakfast was fab, staff gave veg sausages on request with salmon, extensive range. Only thing i wasn't aware of was parking wasn't free, it was £6 overnight, overall good value for money, with cheapest room booked via their app.
I have been here many times with Cloud 9 entertainments who never let you down. The hotel have always done there best. I feel I must mention a young man Tyler who is a student helping out what a delight this young man is, always has a pleasant word and works with a smile. Thank you Tyler
Very impressed with hotel. Staff very good especially the lady who picked us up from airport and booked us in and out. Food was of good standard in the bar and the prices were fair. Room was clean with good facilities. Would definitely stay here again.
