We stayed for a couple of nights having booked a few weeks earlier. Check in was haphazard, at a spare table in the restaurant, and the guy showed us to our room which was in an annex upstairs across the car park entryway. The room was nice enough and well appointed, but lacked a bathtub, despite the website indicating that...

Overall a nice pub/hotel that clearly has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Great location too on the lovely north Norfolk coast. Stayed in the Hawthorn room on the ground floor. It was slightly on the small side, particularly with the extra bed for our daughter, but had a lovely big bath and nice shower. The noise of other...

Wonderful and warm place with excellent staff who make you feel very welcome. Upgraded to one of the best rooms and it was very nicely furnished with a super comfortable bed. Sloe gin was also a nice touch. Only negative to the room was the mirror in the bathroom was too far down so you had to bend to look...

We visited here for one night as it was dog friendly and we recently bought a puppy. We have stayed at Tuddenham Mill and the Lifeboat ( a long while back) and enjoyed our time and hoped that this would be of the same standard, which it was. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, which was lovely,...

First impressions are excellent with the bar areas and restaurant nicely decorated and furnished. Room, we chose a Better Room, was a very good standard with a stand alone bath in the room, very comfortable bed...

Nicely refurbished and decorated throughout to a high standard. Cosy bars with decent beer and selection of gins. Enjoyable food and good breakfasts. Great location for those who want to walk and enjoy the wilder Norfolk coast.

We stayed here with friends for an overnight after the excellent Burn's Night at Thornham deli. The rooms were very nicely decorated to a high standard and the bed extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen. We were in Linden which has a nice big wet room however it is small so ok for a couple of nights. There was...

Stayed for a weekend in January as a birthday treat with our two goldies Patsy & Eddie (#1 Fans of the Westleton Crown in Suffolk). Stayed in a Best room (Alder) and it was lovely- plenty of space, modern, immaculately clean and quiet. Bathroom big and plenty of space too - only small complaint which wasn't an issue was as...

stayed midweek for three days. Friendly helpful staff on the whole. Nice modern rooms and the best breakfast ever. Would highly recommend it here. Food was of a very Good standard and reasonably priced compared to the competition. If you have tea with milk in your room you will need to ask for it at the bar.
