What a fantastic B&B in lovely peaceful surroundings. The room was spotlessly clean with all you could wish for including an excellent bathroom with a brilliant shower!
Hilary and Neil were so friendly and the breakfast fresh and tasty.
We can't wait to go back for another visit.

Wonderful 2 night stay at Keepers Cottage. Fantastic location, lovely walks from the door, beach only a few minutes up the road, two great pubs within walking distance and easy access to the beautiful coastline on the north Norfolk coast. Rooms extremely modern and clean, great new shower and private entrance to each room from outside giving privacy. The owners Hilary and Neil were excellent hosts, lovely couple. Extensive selection at breakfast, all home cooked to order. Fantastic!

Went to visit the RSPB reserves to watch the waders and pink footed geese take off at high tide. We were met with a very warm, friendly welcome, and stayed in an excellent room with en suite. All done to the highest standard. For breakfast we had a wide choice on the menu which was cooked to order, Its in a great location for getting to the reserves.

We stayed in this special B & B in September in order to add an extra couple of nights to a week's stay in a North Norfolk cottage. Being just off the A149, it is very convenient for Sandringham House, Norfolk Lavender at Heacham and the towns of Kings Lynn and Fakenham and the North Norfolk coast is within easy reach . Both B & B rooms are beautifully appointed with a comfy bed, TV and super en-suite bathroom and have their own access to the outside, where there is an area to sit and ample parking for guests. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts Hilary and Neil on arrival and told about all the local facilities-there are two pubs and a bistro in the village for evening meals. Breakfast is served in a bright dining room and cooked to order from an extensive menu. We would thoroughly recommend this delightful and friendly B & B and hope to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Booked Keepers Cottage for my boyfriend's birthday weekend 14th -16th November'14.  We were not disappointed at all, lovely warm greeting from Hilary & Neil, made us feel like one of the family. Lovely clean modern cosey bright rooms. Warm fluffy towel warming on the radiators, lovely bed, fantastic shower. Room had everything, digital tv, ample tea and coffee making facilities, maps, brochures etc. Lovely view out of the Mallard Room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious !  Perfect for birders, 5 mins to the beach, surrounded by nature reserves galore, walking distance to pubs. Wake early to view the 40,000 pink footed geese take off on the Wash' amazing!    Keepers Cottage was so perfect we booked for next year!  Worth a vist !:))
