This hostel is well situated as a base for various hiking trips in the area. The hostel itself has great facilities, including a hot tub to soak in after a day in the backcountry, and the staff working there are friendly and hospitable. Would recommend!

I really enjoyed spending a couple of nights at Shunda creek hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the roomy kitchen and cozy common area (with a fireplace!) created a great environment. Beautiful location as well!

Excellent Location, amazing facilities and a fantastic manager who goes out of his way to help everyone staying there have the best experience that they can. It also has a hot tub surrounded by the forest. Who could ask for more than that?
