Stayed for the first time in a couple of years, but good memories from before. It's still good. The executive suite is not a lot more expensive, but a lot more room, good for couples as comfortable seating for 2. Nice lady at reception. Everything worked, and the bathroom had a conventional shower as well as a spa bath. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed, but you can get dinner to your unit, and our fancy room came with table and chairs. If you want to eat out there is a pub across the road. Makes sense to book in advance as Bilo can get busy during the week.

When you pack the roof of a 4WD with fuel, swags, and a spare tire you need a motel which can cater for a height of 2.7 metres. And this one can. The restaurant was not open due to these Covid 19 times - but a simply room service dinner was provided and was fine.

Selected Biloela Palms Hotel since it was the last room available in town due to power plant refurbishment....and I wasn't disappointed with the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking...mostly under canopy too. Good wifi in the rooms and a very good restaurant on the premises. Even a little table in front of our room in case you wanted to sit outside to enjoy a beverage or two. Staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel price is towards the expensive end of mid-range.Would recommend this hotel.
