Nice, central location with clean rooms that are a little tired. If you are looking to escape from everything you have probably found the place but if you value wifi and TV this is not the place for you!

This is a beautiful location to visit and this resort is a quality place to stay. The rooms are a bit tired and fairly basic but it is a magnificent area. Make sure you are in by 5 pm as checkin is early.

My boys really enjoyed this place. They put us up at relatively late notice and still provided a small concession on the tariff. Two lagoon pools, table tennis, snooker and lots of wildlife, particularly of the reptilian kind. My son asked me to remove the lizard from his bed. Very lush and close to everything and the staff were very... More

We spent our last night in paradise at Ferntree Rainforest. Everything about our accommodation was pefect. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds, stunning pool and total relaxation. The Daintree at its best!

We stayed for two nights in a triple room and were not very impressed. On arrival the man at the check in desk was grumpy and unwilling to help. I asked him to help us book a fruit tasting tour and he acted like this was too much too ask even though I was unable to do it myself as... More

We stayed 2 nights in a private cabin. The location is set back in the rainforest maybe 5-10minute stroll to the beach and within walking distance to other restaurants and cafes. The grounds are tranquil and well maintained with two beautiful pools. The room itself was a basic cabin with a large comfortable bed and ensuite. Unfortunately we did not... More

Ferntree is nestled in amongst the beautiful rainforest, and makes for a very magical, peaceful, and restful stay. Just such a picturesque location! The staff are lovely warm people who have a full appreciation of their surroundings, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed several meals while staying. We shall return one day.

If you miss out on staying here you have missed out on a truly unique part of the world. The eco friendly lodges were comfortable quiet and secluded. The girls had their own loft room upstairs nestled among the trees. The rooms have a bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities, air con/fans well appointed furnishings and NO TELEVISION! that is just fantastic... More

Very nice looking place. The woman who was running the place while we were there was very nice. Big dorm room with en suite. Has a pool, tv & board games. The restaurant is very expensive for travellers, PKs backpackers just down the road is cheaper.

Reasonably good value, the rooms were neat and tidy. Some of facilities in complex seemed a bit run down (or unused for a while). Great location close to beach, cafe and shops. Nice to be so close to the rainforest and the ocean.
