The house is set into the side of the hill so the breakfast verandah looks out over the rainforest, the valley and hills. Birds come and visit the trees close to the verandah, and throughout the beautiful tropical gardens, so good viewing for bird lovers. There is a lovely rainforest walk down to a creek where you could be miles... More

Mandy and her husband run a superb B&B. Our family stayed here in August 2016 for four nights and I can thoroughly recommend it. Breakfast was superb as was the balcony and living room/kitchen area with a whole floor of the house available for guest use. Mandy was on hand with superb advice and the quality could not be better.... More

This B and B is truly worth a visit if you are heading to Port Douglas or Cape Tribulation. It is less expensive than accommodation in Port Douglas. The location is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are so friendly. It is a quiet and calm site where you have a feeling of sleeping in the rainforest.

It was so lovely to stay with Chris and Mandy in this stunning home. The view off the balcony is just beautiful, a patch of rainforest surrounded by mountains. We went to Cape Trib for three days to see wildlife and nature, but we saw more off Mandy and Chris's balcony! Booked a second night for our return trip because... More

4 of us booked 2 rooms for just one night and wished we had stayed longer. Mandy & Chris were lovely hosts, only appearing when needed and leaving us to lap up the comfort and beautiful surrounding their house provides. We spent the evening lazing around on the verandah, sipping wine and enjoying the ambience this place provides. It was... More

We had a wonderful 3 day stay here. Mandy made us feel so welcome and we felt right at home. The veranda is a dream for listening to the wildlife, overlooking the view, or simply having your morning coffee. Mandy helped us booked great excursions as well. We loved our visit here.

Thank you so much for your lovely review of our bed and breakfast we really do appreciate you taking the time write one. Mossman B&B was a perfect spot for 2 evenings of our Australian honeymoon. Mandy is a delightful host with the most perfect veranda overlooking the lush rainforest. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the birds and enjoying Mandy's home cooked breakfast and a cup of coffee. The hospitality was unbelievable, as she even made us "To-Go Breakfast" in... More

Mossman Gorge B&B has a great location with an incredible view out over the tropical rainforest. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching a variety of birds come and go while we ate an exceptional breakfast. Mandy catered to our egg-free request - not an easy thing to do for breakfast. She researched recipes to find ones to make our... More
