Well what a terrible experience!!!! We had to pay in cash which was not a drama but she couldn't give us a receipt. They had grass spots but we were not allowed on them. There was doggie poop every where and when we said something about this we were told it was animal friendly so had to camp next to...

There is nothing good to say about this place. It was recommended to us by a hotel in Mitchell but we were disgusted. The hand scribbled sign saying "Cash Only - Eftpos down" was a hint of things to come. Located away from the shops, pubs etc, dry, dusty sites with no shade, tin rubbish bins with lids that didn't...

One of the worst parks we've stayed in. The pool was green which after travelling for 6hrs was not what we were looking forward to. The amenities were old and dirty. No hot water. And the water was that disgusting to drink had to buy bottled. Just an old tired park.

Th s park is a very friendly park and is well maintained. The added extra of the animals is just great, we've stayed here a few times now and the friendly atmosphere never changes. The owners are terrific and very helpful. Will stay here again whenever we're going that way.

In two years of travelling Australia this by far is the worst & most disgusting caravan park that we have encountered - once bitten twice shy. Amenities are a disgrace, grounds are pathetic & general areas are terrible. Don't stay there it is terrible !

This is the most disgusting tourist park in Australia. The grounds were unkept and there was only one toilet and shower for Ladies and one for the Men. Both were extremely dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for 10 years. Was extremely noisy with cattle trucks using the by-pass road on the park boundary all night. We had...

The tourist park does not live up to any expectations the website gives. Untidy, facilities not maintained, asking top money for a run down complex. Winton is a friendly tidy town, not this park. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

We stayed in this park about 10 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves with the bush poets so decided to return again, despite the location being out of town.. what a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! Noise from nearby cattle yards was disturbing but not fault of park and there was minimal cattle/traffic noise overnight. Advertised pool was green, slimy and clearly not...

The best bits: A pet alpaca, cute little chickens, pet birds, as well as loads of native birdlife; the sweet smell of neighbouring cow pastures; spacious camp sites with allocated car parking & established trees; very little highway noise at night; bush poetry on selected days. The not so good: the amenities are old, but they're clean & they work;...

We stopped for an overnight stay on a powered site because research indicated it was the best park in Winton. It was a huge mistake!!!! The site was very tight to reverse onto and had low overhanging tree branches, the amenities were dirty, the washing machines were all out of order except for one. There were dogs wandering unleashed, without...
