This is a lovely motel and very clean and tidy and for the precious pet owner such as our selves - we were elated at the opportunity to stay and have our animals welcomed also. As so few accommodation houses welcome animals like they do in Europe this for us and our 🐶🐶 fur babies was most appreciated. Well done... More

This motel is run by the most welcoming and lovely people. The rooms are spotless, great shower, comfy and all the essentials are provided in the room. There is a BBQ for use in the front garden and room for the kids to play on the lawn. The gardens are lovingly cared for and even passion fruit was offered from... More

We had been to Yungaburra before and fallen in love with it. We set off from Cairns without accommodation which is not something we would normally do but being low season we thought we would find accommodation easily. Normally we would look for a good hotel but as we entered Yungaburra we set eyes on the Park Motel. It looked... More

Originally booked another property in Yungaburra. Bad bad bad, Thought we would be sleeping in the car. Alas this was not to happen. Across the road was a little piece of Tablelands Paradise. Yungaburra Park Motel. Perfect hosts Dad and Gary welcomed us with open arms and a warm smiling face. Booked into two rooms. Ahhhhhh perfect clean and comfortable... More

Traditional motel style with microwave, dinnerware (including coffee mugs)and friendly, helpful owners. Motel room is spacious, clean with no masking deodorant spray, just fresh and clean. Location is 200m walk to see platypus. Village and helpful tourist information are also a short walk away. To top off a wonderful visit: a delicious dinner at Flynn's.

We stayed one night and we're impressed with everything - clean, comfortable, roomy and good free wi-fi. Owners are friendly and helpful. Nice town to stay overnight whilst enjoying time in the Tablelands.

We have stayed here in the past and the standard has been maintained. Large spacious rooms, comfortable beds, microwave etc. makes this a good place to stay. Well located for all the tourist locations in Yungaburra and for platypus viewing (more elusive than on previous visits). Wifi is free and works well.

Dropped in while travelling with Mother & Sister, girls Tablelands road trip. Motel is lovely, clean, has comfortable beds & Derrick & Gary are perfect, friendly hosts. It's a short walk to platypus viewing area and to a couple of restaurants and to the pub! We will probably come back!

This motel is of the older variety, even has a breakfast nook, were you can receive your tray through a little latched door. Have not seen one of those for years. However, seeing it is older the rooms are spacious. Our room was on the end and had a double bed and 1 set of bunk beds, a table and... More
